Hi,
These are my concerns.
1.)
I had got SMS regard 50%(Rs.15) discount on Hello tune subscription on 14 april 2008. I had subscribed that. But when i see the bill its charge Rs.30.
After few i got message that thank for down loading the song when i have not down loaded.

2.) when i send the sms once to some its send multiple times(8 times from morning to evening). Once it had happened in March first and now also it happened

Please reply soon as i need to pay the bill by tomorrow..

I was terminated from a company without any prior intimation without settling dues and relieving letter where i am being asked to pay 29k if i need relieving letter.

Always HR means Human Rape. They are rapping employess front and back.

So Realise First of all I M Sorry My Company. ..I am 180 above day my Mp Hashish company Relation & I released to Fault...So How can m in On call for my work how much time..bcoz my UM Mr Karim Sir Said I m in Off Call HR call I'm than i Will come. So I will Requested My Company Also HR One more Chance given Me I will Improved I am Best Employ..Please advice Me how To Proceed !! SUB: HIS STOPED MY SALARY 15DAYS

We are unable to take any action against wrong thing happening in company due to they stops us every time and when inspections also comes they supports but not properly..ALSO his temp terminted me wthout my sing..and smita said ' his not pay my salary any how bcz um action me like presep . i am off call 1.5 month . bt i cant understand im off call by terminetd or presep so he stop my salary .
And if we launched complain against any wrong thing in company we are being stopped by them Or we are being terminated any how after few days as per policies faults. then m herbly requested m not interted for this compny politics. so pleas deposit my salary in my salary account.

They never helps any one just always supports managers...

They shows they are supporting us in front of higher authorities but really they are not helping they are killing employees.

Strange things happening I suffered from the same problem. One day I suffer from fever the next day I got terminated from the Mphasis The HP company. I tried to convinced my training manager but she did not listen to my words without any reason she removed my name from training list. I had complained to HR person's they told it's our fault we made mistake in your joining date. They told we will put you in new batch but already two or three new batches started but they did not informed me. I am anxiously waiting to join in MPHASIS organization. In Mphasis rule and regulation is very strict. Thanks for sharing complain against Mphasis/
