[Resolved]  MRF — Purchased 2 Tyes at same movement 2 Already are new. 1 Totally damaged

I have purchased MRF type your their reputed showroom at Meerut M/s Punjab Tyre House, Delhi Road, meerut 250001 Tel :[protected] for my Car Palio Diesel. The tyre price was Rs. 2500/- per tyre. 1 Tyre damaged I request to show please change my tyre, becuase I have used these new tyres upto 15000 Kms. and all the four tyes working property upto 10000 Kms. but suddely one tyre damged upto 15000 Kms. I was suprised to see this type of damge. The tyre is damaged from inside not outside. The MRF dealer and Company is not serious about the complaint. I also feed back my complaint to the Company, but there was no response. I think I lost my money and my valuable time. The Company response is still very poor. I doe'st acccept this type of response from MRF. I think I will never buy this product in future and do not recommend to any one. I got to my problems regarding the product. I think I have purchased a branded product, after my complaint there response you unexpected :

I inspected my tyre outside what they say -
An authorised serice centre -
Competent Motors - they see the Inspection Report - they are suprised how they can give you this kind of respone.
Next man - My Puncutre Wala (A man experience of 20 years) - He says that There is no Cut, the tye will get punchrued when it will run on Road becuase inside location of tyre and tube is not match properly. It is old tyre which is given to 2007. It will be manfucuatred on 2002 to 2003. It is too much old. This type of problem gets on old rubber tyre.
