[Resolved]  MRF Tyres — Sri ganapathy tyres krishnagiri- voluntarily collection of fee for wheel balance check for replacement of 2 new front tyres for my

Wishes to you sir/madam,
I am Mohammed Kadir, working as Income Tax Officer in chennai aaykar bhavan. I have replaced new 2 front tyres from sri ganapathy tyres, krishnagiri on 28th August 2022. Where they voluntarily asked me to pay for checking of wheel balance of which currently replaced wheels.
I have enquired with a few dealers in chennai and they replied like no collection of fee for the balance checking of wheels is mandatory and its necessary to do check balance while replacement of wheel by the companies or their franchiese itself. Unfortunately i explained them to waive off, the owner and the employees collected from me the same.
Henceforth, i am expecting a necessary action on the agency as legally from your side, orelse need explanation from your side, please.
If it is failed, i may move to consumer tribunals for the same legally.
I am waiting for your positive response as soon as possible.
