[Resolved] MRF Tyres — Rejection Advice inappropriate

I bought new Xuv 300. Its run only 12000Km. Its front left tyre has been burst in a pit. But company has not accepted the claim . They said cut has been done through sharp object . Which is not done. They reject my claim

Updated by Gurunain Mrf tyre has reject with telling inprprite rejection advice.

They said its cut by sharp object. But i have objection on that sharp cut is not possible when tyre burst into a Pit.
