My name is Vinod Kalani. I had invested a sum of 1Lakh INR under
Suman Earth Bonds (50k) and Highway Users Centres(50k) in the year 1997.
Request to pls guide as to how do I recover my money.

My wife had invested Rs. 1, 25, 000 in the year 1999 in Suman Motel scheme of 7days stay in any resort of Suman Motel and yearly debenture voucher. Money was to be doubled in 3years. I do not know how to get the money back. If some one knows the address of Suman Motel Investor Forum I will appreciate if the same is forwarded to me. I would like to join the forum.

I too had invested Rs. 75000/- in Suman Motels Earth Bonds in 1997 but the post dated cheque given by them bounced in 2003 with a note stating that the account has been freezed by the Icome Tax and we need not present the cheque again.
