[Resolved]  M/s. Suman Motels Ltd,Mumbai/Plantation — Non-payment against Bonds

I have also invetsed Rs 22000/- in Suman Motels through HIDB & Kanyadhan scheme. Can any body inform me status??
My communication address also needs to be changed in Suman motels company records.
Where I should write??

i have invested 55000 thousand in suman motels.i havent recieved a single buck pls guide me to get my money back.

CAN U CALL BACK URGENT IN TRIVANDRUM

I paid Rs 35, 000 to suman Motels in 2000.
They assured me to provide free accomodation for three nights once in a year in any of their resorts in India.
I was informed that the membership certificate will reach me by courrier.
Thereafter, since 2000, I could not contact them anyway.
The phone number, address provided by them is not repondant or non-existing.
The man at Kolkata, marketing for them, left the job, could not provide any information.

Can anybody help?

I have invested 10000/- in May-97 against KanyaDhan Estate Equity Scheme-B & was issued a post dated cheque for Rs 30000/-.Please advice how to recover my money with interest till date.

My whole family invested over 3 lakh. We had been given some post dated cheques of which only the first passed. Remaining were taken back after bouncing and they gave us some receipt. Till date no news. The offices which were in Goa have closed down. no. of cos. like this, cheating since last many years. it is very easy in india to open co. like this and cheat people. there is no any control from govt.leaders are duping crores of rs.by making frauds.
aurum metro, om sai, and many others, every after 2/3 years new concept is coming, tree plantation, holiday resorts, time share, mlm investment cos.car on rent etc. not a single co. giving returns as they say.
don't invest in such cos. for high returns. maim object of thease co. is only cheat to investors. till today i have invested in many such co to cover my loss, but loss is increasing. so i request u not to trust and invest in such cos.
