I purchased Suman Earth Bond of Rs.5000/- on 1.10.96, and the company assured with post dated cheque of Rs.15, 000/- to be encashed for a period of 5 years 2002. But as on date no payment was made against the bond. I tried a lot but no result. Since the company has now closed how do I get my money back with all benifits? I had invested in the name of my son Rs. 17500/- in Earth Bond in Dec'1995. Till today we have not recd either Maturity Proceeds not Principal Amount. If any body has lodged the complaint in the court let me know the procedure of the same. My email id is [protected]@mtnl.net.in

I also had purchased EARTH BONDS from SUMAN MOTELS during 1995. at that time the representative of SUMAN MOTELS LTD gave me 6 post dated cheques payable at UNITED WESTERN BANK, BOMBAY. I had written so many letters but all the letters were returned back to me indicating addressee not found.

I ha provided some exhibition services to suman motels and they had paid us vide Suman Motels Currency, We used some for our stay later on bu8t still have Rs. 53, 000/- worth currency given to us in 1997. Now hw do we liquidate this currency we have got no clue..
