Mseb, Handewadi Road, Hadapsar Branch — Change faulty meter

I am vivek satpute staying A15/10, Ganga Village Co-op Housing society, handewadi Road, Hadapsar pune have purchased a flat at 8 months ago. after getting average bill amount i had made complaint at hadapsar mseb brach that my meter is faulty, could you please replace this meter with new one. I have been asking to replace my meter since last 4 months, even i had given written compliant but no action has taken yet. When i conacted their staff member's, their are impolite and not giving proper reply. Please advice what can i do to resolve this issue.
