[Resolved]  Mseb Kharghar Sector - 19 Office — Disconnection of wrong meter (Consumer no.:[protected]

I purchased a shop at Kesar Garden Society, Kharghar in January 2011. The shop has been kept idle. The electricity connection of our shop was disconnected by MSEB officials owing to non-payment of bills of past five months.
I went to the MSEB office at Kharghar station, and submitted written request for restoring the connection, agreeing to pay all outstanding dues. Accordingly, I was given the latest duplicate bill.
I paid all the dues at MSEB office at Sector-12, Kharghar, and was told to approach MSEB office at Sector-19, Kharghar for restoring of the connection.
On enquiring there, I was told by the officials there that my shop's meter no. was incorrectly connected to some other shop of the society. The MSEB officials also told us that it was mistake from their end, and would take 2-3 days to get rectified.

However, till date, after more than 10 days and despite several requests, there has been no action on that front by the officials of MSEB. The officer concerned posted at the Sector-19, Kharghar MSEB office is Mr. Bhoir.
I have tried umpteen times to talk to Mr. Bhoir and request for resolution; however, the official phone of Mr. Bhoir is answered by one of his deputies, and the answer I get every time is that Bhoir saab is out on field trip.
No resolution of the problem has happened, which has been created by MSEB officials themselves, and which has been affecting me a lot, as there is no electricity supply to the shop.

my consumer no:[protected], sect 20. My electric connection was disconnected and meter taken away by the department in march 2016, despite all dues are clear. no balance payments. moreover, they are holding a deposit of rs.3000/=. Statement generated yesterday shows a balance of rs.150/= which is a recent addition on the same as arrears. i have sent repeated e mails to the helpline. yesterday i got a mail response from the department, mentioning me to go in person to the divisional office and inquire about the problem. When meter itsself has been taken away and connection in disconnected mode since March 2016, what arrears have popped up is my question. Can somebody look into the matter. as i am not able to visit the office due to my work assignments outside maharashtra.
