[Resolved]  Mts — bill for account which i have never used

I am getting legal notice to pay for the connection number [protected], which I have never taken in the first place.Few months back I got a call from a mts executive regarding the activation of this number.Then only I beacame aware of this connection on my name and I clearly told her that I have never taken such a connection and asked her to block it.I followed up the matter by visting the nearest mts outlet in aluva, where they told me no need to worry as the verification call is being showed as failed in the system..After two months I started getting legal notices periodically, I again went to the mts office, they told me they cant do anything and asked me just to ignore.Now I have got another notice from delhi.I called up the advocate and explained and asked whether he has my signature and not.Then he said he is just the advocate of the client and that I can fight the case in Delhi.My first question is how can they grant a post paid connection without proper verification and documents..If they show my signature and duly filled application form, as mentioned in the legal notice I am ready to pay the money, , Otherwise They have to reply me regarding all these notices..I want to see my signature and the adress verification documents...mts outlet near me are saying they are helpless...plus they dont have a proper customer care and even the customer care is clueless
