Dear Sir,
I have purchased one braodband-datacard connection from the above company for using it in Indirapuram Ghaziabad on[protected] with 999 unlimited plan My connection No. is [protected] receipt no. 909/[protected] M/s Ria Telecom Vaishali, Ghaziabad. Right from day one I am not able to get the connectivity while working at home which I reported to the Company and subsequently they sent their executive who conveyed me that the connectivity problem persists at that place and signals are not working. Almost every third day I am connecting their customer service and they registered a complaint on[protected] vide Nov/14764 dt 17-11-10;which they promised that the complaint will be resolved with 5 working days, subsequently I called them on 18/11;24/11 to know the fate of my complaint. On 25/11 I got a call that the complaint will be resolved within next 3 days. On 25 night I got the message that they tried to contact me over phone but could not; and the complaint stands resolved. On 26th when I tried it, it was too slow to work.
My request is when they are not having connectivity/low connectivity, why they are selling the product and misleading the consumers and secondly they should refund my money back.
