[Resolved] MTS Broadband Data Card — Network Coverage Problem | |||
I bought the MTS broadband Datacard (Datacard Number [protected]) on 09.12.2010. Right from the date of purchase i am facing the problem regarding the MTS network. Intially (till 24 december 2010) i got the download speed in the range of 20kbps to 35kbps when i was using the the modem at broadband mode (upto 12GB limit). Then I realise that speed is not upto the mark. I complaint about the same to the MTS customer care on 24.12.2010. On 25.12.2010, an engineer visited my place & check all the required stuff with his own laptop and conveyed me that their is a problem in the MTS tower in Sector-13, Rohini.He assured me that problem will be rectified within 2 days. But unfortunately no resolution is being made. I called the MTS customer care again 28.12.2010 regarding the same issue. MTS customer care personnel told me that the network is under scan for the next 5 days & after that it will be resolved. I waited till 02.012011, then after i again use the broadband internet and still i faced the same problem. Again i called on 02.01.2011 to the MTS Customer care. I explained the problem again. He assured me that i will got a call from the MTS within few hours. In the evening, i got a call from MTS people he suggested me that the problem is resolved. Right away, I connect to the network & checked the internet by keeping him online on call. But the problem was still there and i suggested him to check the prolbem online. He said we will sent an engineer to your place and your validity will be increased from the day i am facing the network problem. The validity not got increased & no engineer came till now. Then again atleast a dozen number of time on 05.01.2011, 07.01.2011, 08.01.2011 & 10.01.2011 i called MTS people but there is no resolution i got from MTS. Yesterday on11.01.2011 i called thrice & everytime they told me that you will got a call from the MTS concerned person within 1-2 hours but i haven't received any call. I complaint on MTS Customer Care more than a dozen number of times, They generates a complaint number and i received a message that your compaint number so & so is being generated. But everytime after resolving the problem (as per them) i got a message that your complaint number so & so is resolved and we tried to contact you but able to reach you. So i requested them to:- 1. Resolve the problem of network & 2. Increase the validity from the date i am facing the problem i.e. 24 Dec 2010 upto 12.01.2011. Today on 13.01.2011, i got a call from MTS personnel and he stated that your validity will not be increased as you connect to the network on 01.01.2011 & 07.01.2011 and downloads some MBs of data. I stated him that if i am using any service then i will definitely going to use that. If i tried to connect to MTS broadband "What is wrong in that" atleast i have to check whether the problem is resolved or not. I need a resolution for the same.
