MTS has a message card which costs Rs 31, under the previous offer this card provided 1000 free sms which was valid for 1 month. All of a sudden MTS changed this offer and never let us - the consumers - know that. Unlike the previous offer no 1000 free sms is provided instead only 600 is provided and its not even free. Those sms would cost me 10 paisa each and it would be deducted from my main balance. Normally without any pack each sms costs me 50 paisa , with this sms card only the price rate of sms is reduced and that also for just a month. First of all I dont think I'm getting a fair deal , secondly they kept me and all the users in dark without giving us any info regarding this change. Was this information helpful? |
MTS — Apply Processing Charge without information
Before some day I bought a Rs. 50 recharge voucher, talk time written ther 45.33 but when i recharged i receve talktime 43.33, And now i call to customer care and want to know talk time amount of recherge voucher Rs. 100, and she say to me first 90.66, then she hold my call & say to me 88.66, this is illeagel, without any declaration mts apply the Apply Processing Charge & the customer care executive dont no about this? What is this? This is a childhood play ground?
