I have been following up with MTS for refund of an incorrect re-charge of 799 Rs. Details given below. MTS prepaid no:- [protected] Transaction ID:MCIT[protected] Transaction date :- 4th July 16:30 hrs PIN: [protected] Amount : 799 payment mode:- credit card I have been following up with them for quite some time. I recd a call from the customer service that the amount will be converted into balance in my prepaid account but it has not yet been done. I hope I had read this before going for MTS Service. I would not have ever gone for it. Even I feel that the mental harassment is too much and I think they should compensate for the inconvenience, pain and suffering caused. I was just waiting to finish my 3rd month and convert to pre paid however before that this problem happened and now I have to wait for refund first.
