[Resolved]  Mts — Data Card Activation

I made the mistake of buying MTS post paid data card. I have submitted all the documents and MTS promised me activation in 24 hours. Its been more than 4 days and I am still not able to access the data card. Called MTS multiple times and they behaved in very unprofessionally and arrogantly. They simply refused to help me saying that I have not submitted the documents and I need to follow up with the reseller. Reseller saying he submitted the document and I need to check with MTS contact center. Later reseller stopped answering my phone. MTS charged me Rs1400 and now just refused to help me and they even refused to connect my phone to any senior or floor supervisor. This is nothing but a clear example of CHEATING.

Data Card — activation

dear sir/madam,
i am a customer of you and a computer business man at iit kgp in the name of suprreme infotech. i am provide 10-15 number of data card of relience by your advisor at kgp without any commision. now i am facing lot of problem because your relience world person of kgp are not install the data card. now you are not provide win vista driver so i request them please install the modem but they are not installed. so i request you please see the mater otherwise we can disconnected all the connection.

my mts mblaze data card no [protected] is deactivated without informing me.and it's registration no is given to someone else. i bought it for INR 1500. now the amount i paid to purchase it is just wasted as i didn't used it.now when i recharged it, it didn't work. so i got to know that my money of recharging is wasted, i want a refund of all my expenses and reactivate my data card.
