MTS Company is cheating people very badly, I am really frustrated with them.
I am without internet from more than 10 days and no one are ready to help.
I got a Data card this month from a distributor and my data card number should be [protected] and I opted for the plan unlimited at Rs. 599/- 3GB 3.1Mbps speed, I paid around 1,700 in advance for the data card and for 3 months bill when the data card was handed over to me.
My wife uses this as she is working for a AUS company (Work from home), We using this service for official; however, the speed has become very very slow after every 4 days of i recieved the connection.
I called up customer care (pathetic is not the word for their English, very very tough to understand their English) to check this issue but no proper responce. Calling to the customer care started like this (atleast 4 calls everyday for more than an hour/call) and I used to hear all non-sense explainations.
Today i called Venkat (Appellate incharge - Ambattur, Chennai) and asked about the status and He said that he will put a conference call with his Manager in next 5 minutes and am still waiting for his call(Its almost 45 mins am waiting), when I called him again no responce.
I want a solution as quick as possible else need refund for the same.
