I have launched the following complaint with the consumer complaints redressal council and the department of administrative reforms and public grievances, Govt of India. I have had enough with MTS. The customer care service is of the worst quality that I have seen.
This complaint is regarding the telecom service provider MTS. I use MTS dongle([protected]) for internet access. For the past 5-6 days I have not been able to access internet because of some technical problem. First I tried MTS customer care web chat but they were unable to help me. Next I tried to call the customer care number[protected]. The customer care noted my complaint and told me that a technical executive would call my number by 3 pm the same day(Complaint No: C[protected]). I was also told that I need to recharge as well. I recharged for Rs 999. Even then the data card was not working. I waited for 3 days to see if the MTS technical team would call me. When they did not call I visited the MTS store (D-8, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi-07). I was told that there is a hardware problem of the data card and I need to visit a store in Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi which is far from my house. Also they told me that the card will need to be replaced and I would not be able to use the old plan in the new card. So, I got to know that my Rs 1000 were totally wasted. This is sheer lack of customer support from MTS side. It's been a week now since I have used the data card and I have wasted a lot of time and energy just to talk to the MTS customer care without much avail. Was this information helpful? |
