Dear Sir,
I am using MTS prepaid connection from last 10 months, they deduct my balance from the starting without any reason, when i do complain in their customer care then they tell me that you have subscribed that service and the service they told me, that services are not available in my mobile phone. This is happening with me from the starting when i started using MTS. So i am requesting you to take action against MTS. My MTS no. - [protected]
