I purchased an MTS internet connection in year 2011 and within 3 days , the instrument become defunct.
I complained to the local dealer and the customer care yet , they assured to rectify within 3 days, but they took more than 3 weeks and my umpteen complaints proved futile. After one month they replaced they replaced the instrument and billed for the whole month though i did not & could not utilize their services which any sensible man can deduce.
After receipt of the bill which read their cavalier attitude , i stopped using it and asked them to settle the bill. Bearing my disconnection and repeated request for settling the defective bill, they were observing a mute silence but go on sending bills. Now they are after me for the swollen bill till day for the amount of Rs 2800 & odd challenging me that i could not establish anything in writing. Pray intervention and enable me to meet the end of Justice.
