Mts — False information by company | |||
I was using MTS Mblaze data card prepaid connection (MDN : [protected] ) when one day, an executive from MTS called me and told me about a post paid plan exclusive to me. 1. Firstly he told me that the plan includes unlimited data transfer @ 3.1 Mbps. 2. Secondly, he told me that my prepaid balance ( Rs 1500 ) would be adjusted in the post paid bill. When I activated the post paid connection, none of the promises were true. Even worse, the customer care executive refused to lodge a complaint. I am very disappointed with their services.
