I was provided a broad band modem by Mr. Ashish from the company his contact number is [protected] . Very confident about the quality of services . I first aked for a post paid connection to which he said the company does not provide this facility. I asked him about recharge option he said the same could be done via the internet, any of their shops or thru a dealer.
I have been trying to rechage the connection for the last 2 months , I have lost almost 500 Rupees in the bargain. I first tried on the interrnet ,my bank account was credited but the card was not activated , i then went to an MTS store in Masoodpur market Mr. Malik was paid 250 Rupees by me he said he would provide the recharge nothing happened. I have called Mr. Ashish about the same he doesnot answer his phone.
This is very poor customer handling , I am actually stuck with this facility , no body in the company botheres to resond to any queries . I do hoe something can be don.
