my mts datacard number is [protected]. i recharged with 999 for unlimited monthly internet plan and broadband speed upto 10 gb o[censored]sage. right now i'm recieving 1x speed and customer care has nothing to say about it and they are hanging up as well in the middle of conversation. at last i got a decent guy to talk to and he is sayin my matter will be taken care of in 72 hours. i don' think it will be resolved and if it does what about the discomfort caused ? broadband speed was very important to me and it has affected me financially. please take note of the complaint Was this information helpful? |
