[Resolved]  MTS / MBlaze — Internet not working properly

I am Shahnawaz Anwar, staying in Kolkata, West Bengal. I have internet connection of MTS MBLAZE Data card (my account no. is [protected]) which is not working for last 15 days. I have contacted your customer care 3-4 times. I have been asked to sit in front of my computer with PC in ON condition. Then I was asked to do many changes like running cmd command,prefetch,cookies, switching off & turning on laptop as per guidelines over telephone given by your customer care executives. However, after doing all the above exercise, the problem is still in unsolved condition. My present complaint no. is MAY40672 dated 08/05/2012 (you can check your records).
Plz do something ASAP..

MTS / MBlaze — LOW SPEED

HI,
I PURCHASED MTS PREMIUM CONNECTION WITH UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD PACKAGE. FIRST TWO DAYS SPEED WAS GOOD, AFTER THAT NO SPEED. TO OPEN YAHOO SITE AFTER DOING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS GETTING OPENED. & UNABLE TO DO ANY ATTACHMENTS.WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, NO PROPER RESPONSE AND SAID INITIAL SPEED WILL BE THERE AFTER IT BECOMES SLOW NATURALLY. THIS CONECTION IS VERY MUCH BORING.

MTS / MBlaze — Reebok shoes not received

Hi,
I have bought MTS Mblaze (broadband connection) with an offer for Reebok Shoes in December 2010 from Pune Katraj MTS Office. I had been told that I will receive shoes within 20 days, but till date I haven't received my shoes. Can you please take this up with MTS and help me to get my shoes deliveered at the earliest. MTS — Not functioning properly

I am not satisfied with this MTS connection.

It was told to us that company provides more than 3 mbps speed, but actually we are not getting till 1.

Your Customer Care Executive always ask the contact number but there is no response i am not satisfied with ur service...I[censored] can't do anything then plz tell me..MTS is a third grade co. in India...

The STV 399 of my MTS number [protected] expires on 25.04.2015, according to the account information, but I am getting messages that it will expire today, i.e., 16.04.2015
