[Resolved]  MTS Mobile — I can't recharge on my MTS number

dear sir/madam,
From the 15th Nov. 2009 to till now I can't recharge any types of recharge on my MTS no.([protected]).I also call the customer care(phone no. 155) to solve this problem,but they can't solve.After that I launch a complaint through telephone to customer care on 18th Nov 2009 at 02:40:53 PM and the complaint no. is NOV/4647,even they commits that after launching the complaint they are solved it within 12hr .But till now they are not solve my problem.So please help me about this matter.
