Dear Sir, I am customer of MTS mobile Company I regularly recharge of Rs.103 and get bal Rs. 115 lifetime validity now the company change the plan without inform the retailer & customer and even on his web site . yesterday I recharge for Rs.103 I receive massage fund has fill in your account but no balance showing in account When I / retailer contact customer care about they have told that we have change the plan now you get 50 local minuts + 150 STD minutes I am surprise with their practice to cheat the customer . They should stop the Rs.103 recharge and create another amount like 101,104. so that the customer can check the new plan .
