mts mobile rajasthan — balance deducted is not refunded
My no [protected] ,The balance of rupees 30 was deducted on 29th nov. for JUKEBOX service which was automatically subscribed by the company.I called care center to unsubscribe the service and make the refund ,at that time I was told that the service will be unsubscribed in 4 hours and the complaint for refund was made with no.51440. And after that my no. by which I raised the comlained was blocked means I am not able to call care center .Whichever mobile uses for the purpore was blocked after attending a call.
Thus I called to nodal officer to resplve the problem resolve both the problem .
Till today no one from mts side have cotacted me regarding this.
They are real Cheater I think As making me enable to call to customer care.
