I AM THE SUBSCRIBER OF ABOVE SAID NUMBER SINCE THE PAST TWO YEARS. I RECHARGED MY NUMBER WITH RC 122/- (BENEFITS WITH 30000 SECONDS OFF NET CALLS AND 70000 SECONDS ON NET CALLS WITH 30 DAYS VALIDITY) ON 24/10/2012. UNFORTUNATELY MY PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED ON 29/10/2012 EVENING WITH OUT PRIOR INTIMATION MESSAGE OR SMS. AFTER APPROACHED DEALER THEY REQUESTED TO SUBMIT FRESH ID AND I PRODUCED THE SAME. MY PHONE WAS RE ACTIVATED ON 03/11/2012 BUT WITH ZERO BALANCE AND THE BENEFITS OF RC 122/- EXHAUSTED. AFTER FREQUENT COMPLAINTS WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND MAILS. THEY UPDATED WITH PREVIOUS BALANCE BUT REFUSED TO EXTEND THE BENEFITS AND VALIDITY OF RC.122/-. NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING MY MAILS. AND NOT ATTENDING MY CALLS. NOW I AM AFRAID OF RECHARGING MORE WITH MTS. I FEEL IT IS MAD TO RECHARGE MORE. THEY ARE DANGEROUS. Was this information helpful? |
