MTS Mobile — Registration Failed After 4 years Usage | |||
My Father is using MTS Mobile number [protected] from past 4 years. It's CDMA mobile connection from MTS Service provider. He has submitted his ID proof to get this mobile connection. Now he got the message saying Registration failed. When we enquired it with Customer care they are telling this mobile number is registered to some other name. My question is how would it be possible to give same connection to some other name when still that number is up and running ? Since the mobile number is shared across our family and relations. Kindly requesting the MTS team to address this issue ASAP. My Father Name is Rangarayappa V, The Mobile Number [protected] which he has using from past 4 years. It is not working for a week now. MTS MOBILE — call end after 3-4 seconds after call end
Sir I am MTS mobile user of Mb. no [protected]. I have purchased this Mobile hand set and plan in May'2011. Till now when I cut the call or make call end my amount deducted more 3-4 seconds always. I have 1/2 p/per call plan. Is this plan specially designed so that always afetr call end more amount cut down. Why we always pay for 4seconds call amount more. When I complaint about it to custmare care i have till now no satisfactory answer found. Please chect itvinod tyagi
