On 26th September 2012 i got one message from mts to my regsiterd mobile no. [protected] ie "Valuable customers always get special schemes!!!.Recharge MTS Mblaze & get 2GB instead of 200mb on 198/3GB instead of 1GB on 248.Offer valid till 28th Sep.T&C". Accordingly I recharged 198 Rs on same day. Instantly 200mb has been credited. Immediately I contact customer care they said with in 78 hours remaining data 1850mb will be credited to your account. Wait till 30th sep 2012 there is no data has been credited to my account again I contact customer care I lodge complaint complaint no.SEP/18791, again I got one message regarding complaint ie “Dear Customer,Your complaint No is SEP/18791 dated 30-SEP-2012 11:53:02 and status is open,It is expected to be resolved by 14 Working hours.”
No use there is no data has been credited after 2 days also. Another message has been received from MTS. That is ” Your complaint no. SEP/18791 regarding the PROMOTIONAL SCHEME has been resolved. For any further assistance please contact our customer care.” Till today complaint has not been resolved.
Finally I concluded “MTS IS THE WORD NO.1 CHEETING PROVIDER”
