My data card number is [protected]. I recharged with Rs. 1545 recharge voucher for 15GB of download, but I am amazed to find that I was getting a speed of 1KBPS or 10KBPS max, and it was not location issue, checked it at Delhi Airport, and various places across India but no speed. The customer care is all fake, they resolve customer complaints by themselves without even consulting the customer, Even in roaming I waited for 20 mins to get connected to the customer care, but all fake promises and no help. No one called to resolve the issue.
I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THAT DO NOT BUY MTS AT ALL.
BUY any other wireless connection which will be at least professional in their approach. I has first complaint on 4-july-13 regarding the internet speed issue and then after many time. Today(30-Aug-13) itself not get any resolution, i was talk many time in customer relationship service. I complaint against this issue on 4 july, 13 and get reply "Your issue will be resolve till 30 july". This is too much time. Just to inform all that I am myself an computer engineer from IIT, so I tried myself first to boost the speed but it is the problem with the data card...so it will not resolve.
