[Resolved] Mts — NO connectivity | |||
I bought an MTS data card on 13th March 2013 It was activated on 15th March 2013 Data card number: [protected] So far it is not functioning in usable speed; the speed has consistently been below 100kbps Firstly, The person who sold the data card is Mr Michael, he came home checked the speed and said that I can opt for a refund as the speed is not touching even 100kbps But after that he has never picked up my calls Secondly, I have repeatedly called the customer care, I am done with the numerous trouble shooting exercises that they wanted me to do I think the telephonic trouble shooting is nothing but delaying the process further Where I faced the following, • Putting me on hold and cutting the call • They said they are not responsible for the speed • They cannot give a refund and I have to ask the person who sold the data card to me Thirdy, I called [protected] and got this ticket number – C[protected] I have a product that I paid for and it is not functioning, not usable for the past one week I have wasted a lot of time and money in calling your call center Have I got cheated? If so please tell me that, I will not waste my time further, I will just throw the data card instrument in trash Was this information helpful? | |||

I BOUGHT A MTS DONGLE NO. [protected] ON 1-8-14 FOR RS. 1400.00. FROM THEN ONWARDS COULD NOT ABLE CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. AFTER REPEATED CALLINGS TO THE CUSOMER CARE AND THE SALES PEAOPLE, NO ONE COULD PROPER REPLY. NO CONNECTION ESTABLISSHED EVEN THOUGH ITS ACTIVATED.
REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT OF RS. 1400 FROM MTS.
