Dear Sir
Please note that i have bought HTC PULSES on 31.05.2013 from Ajmer .These days i am facing problems in touch screen of phone . I visited several times of your store of Ajmer but not receive any resolution of your executive & These phone warranty period is near to end (30-May-2013) . Your executive not ready accept to this phone . they are not ready to listen any thing . They are saying total stock of this sat is out of warranty of but still 2 days is left from today . When i bought warranty was 1 year according to offer document . Also they are saying terms & condition has changed of this phone . if terms & condition has changed by you then why customer not informed by Company. please note that if in communication period if warranty is expire i will not responsible Please do the needful or suggest me what should i do .
