Mts — Repeated errors while recharging | |||
I have repeatedly tried to recharge my MTS data card online. The money has got deducted each time without giving the recharge benefit on my card. Repeated complaints yield no results. I have wasted a lot of time and money (the complaint no of the company is metered and not free) on this. Waiting to speak to a customer care person while listening to the repetitive music and the voice that says "your call is important" is as frustrating. Currently the company has to either recharge my card to the tune of Rs 248 or refund that amount to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
