MTS Telecom — porting message not sent and my c.care line disconnect by c.care

sir,
i complaint mts custmor care about porting msg sending failled by [protected] contact no.
Custmor care registerd my complain two time one of 15aug2012 at08.28pm(complaint no. AUG/50867) and sencod is 17aug2012 at 5.00pm(complaint no. AUG/57743).
C.care tell me that your complaint resolved with in 16hour. But my complaint not solve till now. And now my c.care line disconnected by mts custmor care.
so please resolve my problem.

i am not satisfied mts curtmor care service. I contact 14aug2012 to 18aug2012 and registerd complain 2 times. But my problem not solved by mts c.care.
