Dear Madam/Sir
With reference to the captioned subject, we need your urgent intervention. I had applied for internet service provision from MTS and due to poor service I decided to discontinue the service and on the 25th of September, 2011 I sent a mail to their nodal officer along with the customer care informing that I have terminated the service and I am not using it any further. The mail was acknowledged by the organization and they had agreed that I will not be charged any further and my previous dues will be waived off.
Unfortunately that has not happened. I have been receiving continuous calls/sms from MTS customer care representatives to pay the bill. This is an extremely unprofessional behavior on their part. Kindly let me know how should I proceed in order not to be harassed any more.
