[Resolved]  Mumbai Customs — delay of immigration proceeding

Dear Sir

I sent two parcels for my living things to India from Japan before I left Japan by EMS(express mail service).
As I have item number of EMS, I tracked.
My parcel arrived at 17th May in Munbai customes, and it was still in customes.
I arrived in Hyderabad at 17th May, I endured inconvenience.
