This is to inform the Municipal Commissioner that my mother Smt Latifa M Shaikh is the landlady of above addressed premises with land mark (Between Crystal Apartment, Krishna Deep, and Shankar Apartment) next to Inas Chawl, Having Cts no 3291, 3291 1 to 9.and M.M.C area no H[protected]/A, VAKOLA. (H-EAST WARD no 83 Corp-orator Shri Sanjay Govind Potnis )
On 3rd of December 2010 Anti socials (Family of Paul Patric lewis) have illegally constructed (one plus one) structure at Room no 2 (Tenant D.M Dsa) for which I have lodged online complaint (Municipal corporation of greater Mumbai) on 6th Dec 2010 vide complaint[protected] Dtd 6th and 14th Dec 2010.
Even after number of complaints the construction work is going on smoothly without any hesitation. The structure is dangerously standing and can cause accident and destruction at any time; my other tenants are in fear so please save them as MCGM can only be held responsible for the Mishap if it occurs. Your officers are only visiting the spot for bribe but no action.
I am hereby submitting photographs of illegally constructed structure, total of 3 No which is been taken on 7th Dec 2010 at 11:55 IST for your kind information and necessary action.
I request the Concerned officer to thoroughly investigate the matter and the information report (before and after demolition) of this illegal structure may kindly be provided to me for its submission to {The court of small causes (Bandra branch)}
I further state that permission for this construction was neither been given by the honorable Court nor from the landlady or the Municipal Corporation. Hence I request you to kindly initiate fine and book the culprit's (one or many), who were involved in this illegal construction under the act of (Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activity) to curb such a dangerous and heinous act in future.
