Respected Sir, Sub : Request for taking action against illegal construction This is regarding illegal construction in Sai Hill, Temebapada Road, Bhandup west, Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this connection the briefs are put up below for your kind information. There was bungalow viz. Solitude Villa of Mr. Hiten Paul Roy with surrounding space admeasuring at about 2000 sq. feet (approx.) near Ganesh Society at Sai Hill, Tembapada Road, Bhandup west wherein he used to stay alone since last many years. He had prepared will wherein it was mentioned to donate this property at Sai Hill, Bhandup after his own death to the church for charity since his family members (who are in Kolkatta) were not in touch with him since long back. But some of his family members suddenly appeared after death of Mr. Roy & put aside will prepared by him. These relatives had some deal with Shivsena leader Mr. Bhaskar Vichare & decided to demolish the existing structure & to build one storeyed structure with the help of Corporator Mr. Ramesh Korgaonkar. The work of demolition of the existing structure was commenced since 30.12.09 & the structure was completely demolished on 6.1.10 & the work of construction of walls has been completed on 22.1.10. The selected photographs of the site (along with date) showing the position on different dates are enclosed herewith for ready reference. The efforts made to register complaint in S ward as well as through telephone No. 1916 turned frutile since these people have managed all the officers including Police & Municipal Corporation. It is further pointed out that this site is attached to "Nalah" (moving from Sai Hill to Sai Vihar) which is always full of water & drainage. The MMRDA & Municipal Corporation has already given notices to the residents nearby "Nalah" regarding expansion of the same for easy flow of drainage water & to avoid flooding situation. Secondly, the ownership of the land has still not finalised since the property was in the name of Mr. Hiten Paul Roy & the petition filed by relatives of Mr. Hiten Paul Roy is still pending in KolKotta high court. As such, it is clear that Municipal Corporation can not give permission for this construction. However the employees of Mr. Bhaskar Vichare have started taking advance from the prospective buyers quoting cost of rooms @ Rs. 12 Lacs for ground floor & @ Rs. 10 Lacs for 1 st floor. As such, the innocent customers are being cheated. Our group is working against the Bureaucrats involved in the Corruption. But they are not willing to involve in this with the fear of attack from gundas of Mr. Bhaskar Vichare. As such, I had decided to lodge the complaint at my own even though there is risk. I expect immediate action against the illegal construction & the officers who are involved in this case. It is also learnt that the Corporator is held responsible for the unauthorised construction in his constituency. I do believe in pure Journalism & I have friends in the field of journalism & Mass media. Hence I will prefer to handover the entire matter to them if no action is taken. The hard copy of this complaint has already been sent alongwith photographs to Chief Minister of Maharashtra as well as Mumbai Municipal Corporation. But no action has been taken till date. You are requested to look into the matter personally & make arrangements to pass orders to take action against the illegal construction, the concerned officers of Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Corporator immediately without disclosing my name so that I can move further to prepare documents to file petition against this matter. I am Makarand Khedekar residence of dada saheb phalke road. I have given many return complaints of illegal shops which are completely on the foot paths. And all ready they have occupied the service road also. But their is no action taken on them. Because of this vehicles are being parked out on the road and it's blocked. Because of this lot of noise pollution ( honking of cars) extremely crowded area. Shops sizes as per BMC rule are 2x2 feet but now it is 6x4 feet. And their is no space for pedestrian to walk on footh paths. Pls pls pls. It's humble request to u people to take an action on this.

This is to bring to your kind notice that illegal and unauthorized work is going on at 345, Alijalal Bldg,
Ibahim Rehmatullah Road, Near Saifee High School, Pydhunie, Mumbai 400003.
I would like to bring to your knowledge that the illegal and unauthorized work done by Mr Iqbal Hamid Hamdare, Farooq Hamid Hamdare, Syed karim Syed Gafoor and Arif owner of Hawa traders.
These above people has captured the maximum space of the building illegally and in unauthorized way.These people have increased the length and width of their house and increased the height of their house beyond the limitation of the building area illegally.
In fact Mr Iqbal Hamid Hamdare have captured the huge vacant area near the toilet and taken the entire area into his house which belongs to the premises of the building.
Mr Iqbal Hamid Hamdare have illegally constructed the toilet inside their house and planning to capture the entire area of the toilet which is outside the house belongs to building premises.
Still the illegal work is going at the ground floor they have locked and closed the door from outside and the continue work is going on inside till 11.30pm daily.They are constructing
basement and 8 feet deep has been digged down, Due to this the entire area of the building has become very very weak.
We have spoken to them for these illegal work they have assaulted and abused us on many occasions and threatened us by saying that the work is going on by the instruction given by Zubair hamdare local criminal who resolve all the unofficial petty issues and invole in all the illegal activities.
Zuber has abused, assaulted and threatened all the residents of the building many many times
by using foul and vulgar language.
This is the BMC building and we want justice by demolishing the illegal construction done by them as early as possible.
We sincerely request you to visit and refer the Plano gram of the Building (RTI Report) and take necessary action against the culprit.
We Request you to conduct the survey and take action on all the illegal work done in the building.

1)Hotel chimany pass from resident duck area is an illegal.Chimany operation up to mid night there for so much noise & vibration to
building.due to chimany fire in 2013.it is dangerous for residential members.
2)Hotel cover open space in front of shop by brick wall.all kitchen activity done in open space.there for so much noise & it is dangerous

3)Workers do loudly noise at mid night.in society senior citizen & job people disturb due to loudly noise by hotel worker at mid night.
4)Some time hotel doing cooking activity with strong tadka on that time society members problem in Breathing.
5)Shop owner can not remove monsoon shed after monsoon.

This is our humble request, where the demolition happen on multiple place which comes to our notice now a days. People should obey rules & regulation starting from today onwards.

Need your help and protection again Mrs. Anita Fernandes their men and Protect our tree from being cut.
Her sister, brothers and she have been threatening and harassing us since many years. They had done the same in 2005 even at that time they had threaten to kill us if we will not let them cut the tree and built the structure. For which we had complained to Police as well as BMC..
They have been harassing us daily since 1997 by coming and breaking the branches of the tree but we did not say anything. The Branch are still fallen at that place.
But on 27th June 2014 she came with some men’s to cut the entire tree.
I had complained to the police on 27th June 2014 that Mrs. Anita Fernandes had come with some men’s to cut our tree. Her intension is to cut the tree and construct a structure in front of my house.
And on 5th July 2014 she again came with an minister’s man and around 10 men, She removed photograph of our tree & said that ( I will cut the tree and built the structure and on one will be able to stop me).
Need your help and protection again. Since many year have passed for the matter. Mrs Anita Fernandes is trying to do the same again. If the structure comes up my family and I will have to face a lot of problems for ever as they will be harassing us every day.
Request you to please look into this matter and protect our tree and also do not grant permission to Mrs. Anita Fernandes to build any structure in front of my house.
Your personal attention would be highly appreciated by my family and me.
