[Resolved]  Mumbai University — DEGREE CERTIFICATE

i am the student of st.john college of engering and management research i got cross cate in 1st year of mms. my college is not allowing me for futher continue the studies nor aqllowing me for droup out, they have given me option to take admition again in 1st year paying again the 1st year mms fees.now suggest me what to do ?

we TYBMS students are going crazy because its now more then 3 months we have not received our TYBMS results. Mumbai university had announced the declaration date of the TYBMS results as 15 July 2011. it was published in the newspaper and the date was also announced on the internet after promising the student the results are not yet announced as today its 19th July there are lots of students who are about to do there post graduation and MBA the admission of the colleges which are providing with post graduation and MBA courses are getting full we are enable to take admission just because of delay in our TYBMS results. if i tell about my self i am planning to go to Canada this august i have done my admission in one of the university over there everything is done sir but the only major problem i am facing is i am not able to apply for visa as for applying they require my TYBMS result and the last day of visa application is 25 august 2011. so before the any how i want my TYBMS result. this is my problem sir but there are lakhs of BMS students are facing this problem. Mumbai university is irresponsible for this duty of theirs. the purpose of writing this mail to u is we students are helpless and we find u as the only door to knock for help. hope we receive some positive replies and action from your side. this is a request from all the TYBMS students that please help us out in getting our results as soon as possible.

One of my friend gave his degree certificate (B.E. Civil) to one of his friend, but that guy scanned that certificate and made another fake certificate on his name ( he is Diploma only), and gave back the original certificate to my friend and he uses this fake certicate for seeking jobs. Is there any problem if any interviewer comes to know about this? I want to take an action against this guy, so what can I do? Should I complaint about this at MUMBAI UNIVERSITY and what action will they take for this???

I have applied for my degree certificate on NOV.2010 but still not received.my all friends have already received.I have already paid the required fees Rs.370.for certificate.I need it urgently but i am not getting it fast now what can i do to receive it?

I Suraj Gupta, student of Mumbai University had receipt 3rd year passing certicate with 2nd division passed, instead of 1st division.The certificate is given to the university for correction.It was told to take the update of correction via phone.I have been calling in the university regarding the subject matter from last 1 month but had not got any response, infact no one is ther to atlest pick the call.
Its too troubling as well as hurting the emotions of mine somewhere.
Please see the matter as I have become totally hopeless regarding it as it is hampering my future as well as present.
Kindly help me in this regard.I will be very gratefull to you.

I am from K.G.Mittal college of commerce and arts ( malad west) from B.Sc(I.T)
1] I had not seated one lecture then another day miss not allowing to seat me next lecture. I just wanted to know is there any rule if student not attained one lecture then he/she will not have right to attain next lecture.
2] Also miss is not taken test of each unit she said she take all syllabus test in one day only inspite of taking test of each and every unit.

Sir, this is a desperate voice from a student of Fr.Conceicao Rodrigues Institute Of Technology, VASHI, regarding the things going wrong or perhaps the forceful practices that are increasingly being practiced in our college.They harass the students to the most they can and in case to someone raise their voice the college authorities blackmail them with imposing threat to their academic performance and term work ..Some of the "deliberate" and "necessary" things include:
1.huge fines[protected] that to on not attending the event of the college fest
2.Hike in library fine
3.No PL for studies
4.Uneducated Staff
5.Irregular College timings
6.No proper Ergonomic arrangements for Students(benches in classrooms and practicals)

Please do take serious action to my complaint on the contrary, an appeal for justice, and make some steps towards such stupid and childish behaviour of the college ...

I hope my voice would not fall on deaf ears and perhaps will resut in some noticeable changes...

Mumbai University — Tybcom Marksheet 2012

When does not the Mumbai University dispatch the TYBCOM 2012 marksheet. Why are they delaying it so much and putting the students in trouble? We need to apply for our masters but without the marksheet and course completion certificate it is not possible. Why no one is raising this issue?

but there is no response from that side, no one can attend the calls or any replay.
i request you sir / Madam please take action against Mumbai Kalina university (Santacruz) because of their service is not proper.

hi this is siddharth.
one of my friend has given bsc it exam..
she cleared in her re-valuation. the letter for clearance for revaluation
was supposed to be posted at residential address so that to proceed with admission for
bsc it 2nd year. but did not receive any letter. when visited mumbai university - kalina on
22nd october, 2012, the official say that the online admission is closed. and last date was 12th october, 2012. and they cannot help in anycase.
now just for 8 days the entire year will get spoilt. and again according to me it was the mistake of college since the letter did not reach.
please let me know are there any chances or any kind of way for getting admission
