Sir/Madam,
I have passed my B.Sc(Computer Science) from the Mumbai University in the year 2007. I have also filled the convocation form with the fees of Rs. 250/- in the same year & i too have the recipt. Till date I have not yet received my graduation Certificate. If you can help me to get my certificate as early as possible I will be really very grateful to you.

This is regard to fake result.

Mr. Rahul Joshi living at Charkop (Kandivali West) and studied at Ritubhara College (JVPD Road) has not cleared TYBCom Exam. But he is having fake result of TYBCom with pass sign...please look into this and reply back as soon as possible

dear sir/madam i m anand singh ex student of mumbai university, i took admission in IDE Mumbai university for FYBA in year 2005 and submitted my original 10+2 certificates and marksheet for verification as an eligibility case no 379 for year 05-06. i successfully completed my first year and filled exam form for SYBA but due to my transfer to gujarat i could not appear my exams . after coming gujarat i wrote several letters to university for returning of my certificates but no use, university is not giving migration certificate also, for migration they said till verification we will not issue any migration certificates, in 5 years they have not verified my certificates, now during my last visit to university in aug 08 they telling ur name is not verified from UP BOARD, SIR NOW I M TIRED OF WRITTING LETTERS TO University, because i lost my 4 years in mumbai university and could no continue my education due to my certificates are not with me, i want to surrender my FYBA certificates to IDE Mumbai and want my 10+2 certificates back to continue my education from gujarat. I M A DEFENCE PERSON AND AFTER OUR TIRING DAILY ROUTINE HOW WE MANAGES OUR MIND FOR STUDY BUT UNIVERSITIES JUST SIMPLY NOT CARING OF soldiers . plz return my certificates as soon as possible

I am a stundent of FYBCOM in Gogate Joglekar College RATNAGIRI .Your college has got an 'A' Grade College status. And they are proud of it .But they are not deserving to it.
Your college has lots of restriction towards the student. An 'A' grade college must have a good TEACHING staff . Your college Teachers have no idea to teach the stundent expect few of the one . In English Medium Division they teach in Marathi. And It has some Rules for which an 'A' grade is NOT sutaible to your College
So from many of Your College student i kindly REQUEST the Unversity 0fficers who gave the standard to your colleges kindly come Again and visit your college. And Kindly request them on which bases they have given your college as 'A' Grade. And kindly request you to have a 'SUPRISE VISIT' in your college.

I cleared my B.SC.IT 9 Sem 5th & 6) in 2008, since i got ATKT in sem 5th after i cleared my sem 5th ATKT exam, i got result for sem 5th from college, but due to ATKT i was unable to get the sem 6th result from college, for this i got adviced from college that i will received from mumbai unversity - Kalina,

i submitted my all relevant document which is required and also filled the form for the same and submiited to Mr. RAhul[protected] on 2nd June, i also came to knw that i will get my sem 6th result within 15 days, but still more than 65 days are over and i dont hv any feedback, 4 times i personally went there and every time i got feedback that it is in process and u will get soon, more thn 50 times i called up the no, but always i came to knw that RAhul is not in the office, and even no one is ready to help me.

pls note that i m working in PATNI computers, i want my result to submit their for verification, if it is not submitted within 10th july i will be rwemoved form their.

so pls i request u to pls release my result before 10th, pls call rahul and get it done.

Same problem with me unable to proceed MBA distinct learning.Paid Rs 105/- Extra For Getting the same in 2 months of time now almost 6 months passed. Fee Recept no 35894 Dated 11.06.2009. Extra Fee Receipt no 861 Dated 11.06.2009. There is no online tracable system.

I am in the first year. I scored 49 in mechanics in the first semester, while I was confident of a 75+ score.
That's not it, I failed in C++, which I always thought was simple for me. I have been 'awarded' zero in 2-3 programs which are more-or-less right.
This has not only brought my morale down, but makes me feel at times that I might fail in just about any subject, now, in my second semester.
All I can do is brace myself.

Yeah you both are right.I pity you guys.The Mumbai University is not only an irresponsible body, but also many times cheats the students of richly deserved marks.And, taking the legal route is complete waste of time and money.

I m student in the college s.i.w.s(wadala), i m studying in sy-bscit.Teachers are badly pressurised us for assingment, if we miss a lecture, than they badly take action.Then always use 2 give us internal k.t due to which i m going for drop, they make their own rules and regulation, by taking the name o[censored]niversity, i got accident now, but still they dont consider it and badly take revenge, now i m frusted with this, some times i think of sucide.pls take some action on this...plssss.it my inner request to you.

Yes Mumbai University does not deserve any appreciation it has given undue powers to the college faculty and the rules and regulations are not easily available. Can any one explain if the 75% attendance is necessary then how come the attendance is taken by using pencil? does this not indicates that they are preparing for manupulation of attendance at the end of the year.

i am a student of DATTA MEGHE COLLEGE, AIROLI..similar thing has happened with me too.profs of i.t branch of datta meghe are sick.they are racial and and give internal kts to students who do not satisfy their ego and force us to take their private tuitions and sometimes demand cash also and threaten us if we do not pay them they will not let us pass out from this college and they deliberately give us kt's in vivas and lowest in term work and also manipulate our theory exam marks and when i complaint to the university about it, ppl there r so lazy, irresponsible to do anything against it.so engg students please DO NOT take admsn in i.t branch of this college.

Above guy named "Änkit 1988" i completely echo ur feelings even my friends of DMCE had similar traumatic experiences.Such proffs r their in literally branch of DMCE.

I have also heard some proff. of I.T. Branch ogles n stares at female students, thereby spoiling the decorum n environment of an educational institution. Such proffs. r "DEMON IN THIS EVIL WORLD".

DMCE is perhaps the "WORST COLLEGE IN MUMBAI UNIVERSITY".

i completely agree with u...even i had a very bad experience with profs. of datta meghe college .i dont understand who has made them profs...these people r so cheap. and negative...

I passed 1st semester engg., and in 2nd sem I got AT KT in 2 subjects. I opted for re-evaluation in one subject and did not opt for revaluation in 2nd subject. I have passed the subject in which I opted for revaluation. In 2nd ATKT paper I have got 23 marks in chemistry out of 75 marks. Now my question is whether I will get grace marks ?-

Its easy to get a convocation certificate however in ur case i can suggest apply again for the same and u will receive it within a limited time. Now the procedure is very much simple

I req. this in urgent basis bcoz i have received my appointment letter for new job but my joining is still pending for convocation certificate .

I completed my graduation in mar 2007, As there was issure with my results for which i had to apply for revaluation of my papers this took vey long after which i applied for my convocation certificate in April 2008. i was told by Jul-08 i will be receiving my cerificate. I waited and waited but the certificate dint arrive. I again enquired about that in nov 2008. and to my surprise they dint even bother to send my applicaion for processing i could see there was no date of sending my certificate for printing
This was really surprising that after paying 250/-rs in the month of Apr 2008 still the application is pending. They said that by jan 09 1st week i should receive my certificate... but till date i havent recevied my certificate and this is really frustrating after waiting for so long you still dont have your convocation certificate. Some stringent action must be taken against those handling this process. Its absolutely pathetic and complete display of system failure.

The various hurdles that an individual has to overcome at the Mumbai university is tremendous may be because of administrative lacuna in the system. Today, a student passing his or her degree examination is made to go from one office to another to get the right information as to when and where the convocation certificate is to be collected from incase he or she has not been able to attend the ceremony. No one is sure at the offices too as to the date when it will be available nor where it can be collected from. Inspite of completing all formalities.

It's a suggestion to the University that they should have a web site wherein all original degree certificates can be scanned and placed in a library which can be accessed by the degree holder through a secured password.. This would allow the student or degree holder to be at ease whenever he or she is applying for competitive exams abroad or for that matter higher studies within the country or for a job.

This is an earnest request to the respected Chancellor / Vice Chancellor to kindly think about this seriously and come out with a solution keeping in view the important time spent by the student in obtaining the certificate. Trust this will be viewed in the right perspective.

THEY SAY IT TAKES MAXIMUM 60 DAYS FOR THE REVALUATION RESULTS. "NO ENQUIRY WILL BE ENTERTAINED WITHIN THE PERIOD PRESCRIBED" SAYS THE AROGANT REMARK. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO ENQUIRY AFTER THE PERIOD PRESCRIBED, THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO ANSWER.

THIS IS THE STATE OF EDUCATION IN INDIA, (A COUNTRY FAMOUS FOR ITS SKILLED LABOR)

i strongly agree that mumbai university is the worst of all education system, luckyly i lef studies from mumbai university now sudying with deemed university which is far much better than mumbai university, only think the official at mumbai universiy need is rest and bribe, hey dont even check the papers properly and the didnt checked my full paper and gave me ATKT, i have the photocopy of the answerpaper where more than half of sheet is not evaluated, when i gave for re evaluation they took around 5 months

only thing they do is wasting a students career,
my curse will always be with the people at university who dont do their work properly
i am sad
even sad that i was studyin with such a crap university,

i hope some day some one will kick these people out of system and make it clean

the entire re-evaluation process is a money making scam. there is absolutely nothing more to it then that! we as students are cheated of out fundamental right to a sincere and proper education because of the simple truth that corrupt mumbai university officials want to make money out o[censored]s and fleece us every 6 months. this isnt a joke anymore! every 6 months we end up paying atleast rs.500/- (if not more) for the sake of revaluation of subjects which we actually dont deserve to fail! the university has a select amount of students which they know will apply semester after semester for reval and seeing that they will ruthlessly deprive that student every semester of a passing grade in atleast one subject as that is their way of fleecing us! how much do you think the university pays a revaluator for correcting our papers again ? 100 Rs? lets give them a HUGE benefit and say it costs them 100 Rs. what happens to the rest? around 7 lakh students appear for mu exams every eyar. lets say 1 lakh have atleast one kt. thats 1 lakh x 500= 5 crores. where do you think that money goes? why do you think that politicians are involved int he selection of the vc of mu? this isnt about education anymore! education stopped a long time back! its right out there! clear as the air for everyone to see! anyone whos ever written a mumbai university examination and got a kt has no reason to feel bad about himself/herself !! it was never in your control anyway!

The re-evaluation system of mumbai university is worst...They display the results of re-evaluation after around 8-9 months of the date from result declared. This doesnt make any sense of putting a paper for re-evaluation. A student still has to struggle and study for the KT as well as his current exams. This makes the situation so complicated for a student to concentrate on both the exams. There should be a rule to declare the re-evaluation results at least a month before the next semester examination.

i strongly agree that mumbai university is the worst of all education system, luckyly i lef studies from mumbai university now sudying with deemed university which is far much better than mumbai university, only think the official at mumbai universiy need is rest and bribe, hey dont even check the papers properly and the didnt checked my full paper and gave me ATKT .

Even i am writing my constitutional subject 3-4 times i lost my years also . i really give curse to them who check the paper carelessly
