[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — illegal construction near MCD office in rohini | |
I am resident of B-8/5, SECTOR-5, ROHINI, DELHI. This is just 100 meters away from MCD ROHINI ZONE OFFICE. Many houses in my neighbourhood has illegal constructions - like B-8 / 6, 7, 10, 12 etc. I have already filed written complaint against them at regional office in building deptt. about 2 months ago. But nothing has happened in this field. It seems that either the CONCERNED J.E. IS CORRUPT and have taken a bribe or he is not serios with his duties as well as public grieviences. Please look into the matter otherwise we would compel you to answer to court also as we are paying taxes and MCD has liability towards our problems also. Was this information helpful? | |

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding H.NO.190, Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi-110014 belonging to Mr. Rampal S/o. Late Jiya Lal & H.NO. 196, Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi-110014 belonging to Mr.Kamal S/o Late Kishan. There is no approval from MCD and above all an illegal constructed has been constructed on the terrace which is against by the laws. Here there is no map approval has been taken from MCD zonal office.Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker.The construction on the terrace is a threat to the nearby structures and also makeing stairs on Govt. Gali due to Vehicle can enter in the gali. Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people since cracks on the wall are visible
It is also misused for renting purposes which is not permitted by MCD and could collapse at any moment.
