I am a resindent of A-63 hastal vihar near khera Uttam nagar new delhi. Civil lines zone. I want to complain about an illegal dairy in our locality. In hastal vihar village. There are 15 to 20 buffaloes in the dairy including 6 to 9 cows also. whole cow waste is just drained away on the road and whole road get checked with dirt and mud.Also during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering movements of vehicles and also effect cleanliness of he road Kindly look to the matter. Since its really very difficult to live in such a un hygienic conditions.

We, the residents of Om Nagar, Badarpur want to lodge a complaint against a mafia whose name is Harendra Rathi who have opened a business of dairy farming in the residential colony of Delhi inside a residential plot which is next to House No. 400, Block B, Street No. 9, Om Nagar, Near Molarband School, Badarpur, New Delhi – 110044.
As per the law, no one can open a dairy farming business in residential area of New Delhi, where buffaloes and cows can be kept. Further we the residents of Om Nagar have requested the mafia several times but he always rejects our request. As initially we were not having any problem with the mafia but as the time passed, he has started encroaching the street due to which the street is becoming quite unsafe for pedestrians and kids. As most of the time, he used to keep his cattle in open due to which probability of some accidents are high. Presently the mafia is having more than 1o buffaloes and 2 cows apart from their calves.
With each passing day, the mafia is creating new problems for the residents of Om Nagar. Now he is putting all the waste and dung of animals in the open drain due to which stench and unhygienic atmosphere is created in the street. Further we are also facing difficulty in commuting as the mafia is piling up the waste and dung in the street due to which problem of commutation is faced by the residents and such filthy atmosphere is also giving birth to mosquitoes. Not only this the mafia has also constructed a huge speed braker in the street which as per Delhi High court judgement is not allowed. As per the Delhi High court judgement, the residents cannot take law in their hands and they have to make an application in this regard to the DCP (traffic range) concerned. This speed braker was constructed by the mafia to cover his waste pipe which he is also not putting in his own drain but putting it in the drain of opposite residing residents. Not only that the mafia has also dug a Submersible in the street through which the mafia is wasting thousand liters of water per day due to which ground level of water is decreasing day by day.
Since our sincere requests have not made any impact on the mafia and he was very aggressive and keen to fight therefore, we request your goodself with folded hands to take some necessary and strict actions in this regard. Further we would be making this application through mail and hard copies to different departments so that the concerned departments can take appropriate action at their end. We are very hopeful that these departments will justify their duties and we the residents of Om Nagar will get justice and the dairy farming business would be closed and shifted to some other place.

I am a resident of Z block New Roshan pure extn, Najafgarh, new delhi. I want to complain about an illegal dairy in our locality. There are 20 to 25 buffaloes and cows also. whole cow waste is just drained away in seven and Nala whole sever and drain get choacked with animals ###, no one stand in front of their house, lot of children has been surviving from decease .Also effect cleanliness of the road Kindly look to the matter.
