I am resident of block no 11 Trilok Puri Delhi-110091. Since last few months the residents of our colony are getting disturbed and terrorized by the barking and dangerous dongs, they bite children. Howling and fights of the street dogs. These 12 to 15 dogs have created a hell in the area. Even during the daytime they can be seen roaming around freely. But in the night they go mad. Whole night they can be heard barking and howling. We can't sleep peacefully. Sometimes people comes late night from there wok. It is very dangerous.
I therefore request you to please catch these street dogs and relieve us.

There are 10+ street dogs in C6/C5 lane of Keshav Puram, North West Delhi, fighting each other day in & out. Difficult to sleep at night, Plus they bark on two wheeler drivers...inviting accidents. Please catch them & remove to other area/dog shelter.

There are plus 10 street dogs in our line and they are always barking on the children and incoming and outgoing people in day and making unnecessary noise in the night and disturbed the sleepy people.They also spread wastes from peoples dustbin.So it is requested to remove them from our streets immediately.

Hi my name is Akhlaque khan from sunlight colony 1 Ashram today incident is that one street dog bit me badly this is not only my case last week their is lot of case like this please look into this matter as here in sunlight colony 1 near tikona park their is lot of street dogs more that 30 they always bit some one who is traveling every day here including small children .

As i am a poor guy who earn a very small amount of money cant bear this as this is my second case in these two months .

They started their work from last 5 weeks. Blocked the whole road. Very difficult to serve this. When we sad side se jane do vaha e shop hai jaroori kaam hai, to use bhi block kar dia... really ashamed delhi government and mcd if the can't handle these situations.

sir there is an Unauthorised construction hapenning in chawari bazar, delhi, between standard sweets and chowmukha mandir . i don't know the exact address . The builder name is Rishipal ( PAPPU ) . Sir please you kindly see to it and take some strict action .

A very alarming public health issue is being underplayed in India.
Annually around 10, 000 people are reporting dog bites in Delhi. This is just a tip of the iceberg because most of the cases are going unreported, as they are taking treatments from private hospitals and doctors.
Delhi has an estimated stray dog population of approximately 5 lakh.
India is having an endemic of rabies.
Rabies is associated with 100% death rates.
Most alarming thing is, every year 20000 people are dying in India due to rabies. These are out of total 55000 deaths due to rabies world wide.
Animal rights activists are fighting for the rights of these stray dogs.
Neither our politicians nor our honorable courts are taking cognisance of this unprecedented public health problem.
More people are dying due to rabies than any other infectious disease.
30-60 % victims of dog bites are children below 15 years.
These aggressive animals are being allowed to freely roam around every where in the city, in the name of animal rights.
Please raise your voice against this menace of stray dogs and force our politicians and judiciary to tackle this problem.

My humble request to all friends to share this post on dog menace in Delhi and threat of rabies, on their walls, to create public awakening against casual attitude of our civic authorities, politicians and judiciary on this very serious public health problem, which is killing 22000 people annually in India ( 55000 total in whole world). Rabies is a preventable disease and all these lives could've been saved.
These animal right activists are responsible for endangering lives of all human being, in absence of proper measure.
I am in touch with our MCD councillor regarding this issue. One of my Lawyer cum doctor friend has agreed to file a PIL on this issue. Need your support to save those thousands of lives, who are dying every year due to suppression of statistics.

we are facing problem with street dogs.I came from office at 11:45 PM . At that time 4-5 dogs are on my street and they are barking at me and running to bite. Please tell me the resolution of this problem. I am so afraid because two incident was happened dog was bit two people.

Dear Sir,

This is to share with you our concern of 10 to 15 stray dogs in the area of 8a block in Karol Bagh. They have made our life difficult and are threat to our kids who play on the road. They bark in the evening and do not allow us to sleep and at times they have charged the residents too. May we request you to either take them away and also sterilise them so that they don't grow. We have three to four sets of gang of dogs which is a pain to this community.

Subject: Nuisance Caused by Street Dogs in Old Rajinder Ngr


Madam/Sir,

I am a resident of Old Rajinder Nagar and we are facing immense problem due to the stray dogs.My Address is Block 21/69, Old Rajinder Nagar, Near Rajinder Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi.

There are around 8 to 12 dogs who are roaming in our street. They are very dangerous for kids and residents as they are biting and barking behind two Wheelers which is very dangerous. We the resident of this street request you to please please pay attention on complaint and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of C5/95 ground floor, keshav Puram, There are several street dogs in our last lane of C_5 block and they keep on barking and running after 2 wheelers and children.

They become more dangerous for people coming late at night from call centres etc..

some days back a resident of c-5 block in 55 number was bitten badly by several stray dogs when he got out of his car late at night. He was also admitted in sunderlal jain hospital, ashok vijar., moreover due to contineous barking by the dogs, elderely cant sleep at night.
Hence we request you to take necessary steps to ensure safty from stray dogs..
