WHY DOES OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA PHASE 2 LOOK LIKE A DIRTY SLUM ?

ALL ROADS ARE BADLY DAMAGED , WATER LOGGING AT EVERY PLACE , DIRT ,EXCRETA , JHUGGIES EVERY WHERE. ILLEGAL SHOPS , KABARI ROAD SIDE STORING ETC MAKES IT A HELL HOLE PLACE.

ALL OUR FORIEGN DELEGATIONS WHO COME SEE A VERY POOR PICTURE O[censored]S.

My complaint is on B-26-A, ARUNA PARK SHAKARPUR, DELHI -92. there is a construction of 4th floor Also there is construction of 2nd and 3 rd floor.This whole building is weak and also 4th floor is completely illegaly constructed as per rules

This is to bring in the notice of all readers in particulars to MCD authorities/Delhi Govt that the Burari Raod is in very bad shape. Most affected is Swaroop Nagar Road starting from burari The road is being used by more than 10000 commuters daily, including school going children to Burari Govt School and other schools in the city. One can see water everywhere due big gutters. Even the newly constructed drainage is over flowing and drainage water is coming to the road. It is very difficult for two wheelers as well as walkers. Only truck people can commute. It is very hardship for walkers. Will concerned authorities will listen and repair the road. In near future one can hear a big epidemics from here.

There is one old aged home is located in this area (shantibhawan) , they too use this road to take the old ladies to hospital. It is very pathetic to them to commute in particular with old age people. Please put some malwa and fill up the gutter and make the drainage properly.

It is learnt that this road is divided between two counselors. Please let them co-ordinate and repair it.

Water from main drainage (100 mtr road) is flowing to this small drainage thus overflowing. Authorities should repair the main drainage. I would like to mention here that the main drainage is not connected or made properly near 6 ton shop , Burari. There is no drainage constructed nearly 25 mtrs , but drainage is available from Sant Nagar to Nathupura except this 25 meters, hence water is reverse flowing to Shalimar banquet hall area and subsequently to the Swaroop Nagar Road .


Please visit this area and assess yourself and see our pathetic living condition.

Dear Sir,
Having failed with MCD and DDA,in spite of several written communications to them,this is the mere hope for help through you,if you can do some thing.

I am a resident of 9/1 Sarva Priya Vihar,and owner of the house too.The construction is almost 22 years old, and , on the North side of the house there is a DDA park.The park is separated from our house with a boundary wall all along,except at one portion where the provision of taking equipments for maintenance of park,has been kept by a 24 hrs.locked gate,right from the beginning.

Based on some personal favours to some residents,DDA has constructed one more wall all along our earlier existing wall,leaving a gap for collection of water and garbage.During this rains so much water got accumulated that it had to be drained out by making a hole in the wall.The water and garbage collectively has given very favourable platform for Mosquitoes to grow and develop.
I wrote several letters to MCD health care dept.and after seeing and examining they have said that we should pursue with DDA.The officers at DDA do not hear even when several letters have been written to them.What more during the recent visit of Mrs Kiran Walia,the problem was brought to her notice by my son in front of an ex-parliamentarian Sh Rajesh Khanna,but even that did not work.
Lot of foreigners and influential people stay in our colony and this is becoming a major health hazard for all residents and tourists in the guest houses in the colony.
You can inspect the site with your reporters and see that apart from a funny look they have made a Mosquitoes reservoir in the park.The photographs and the copies of my earlier complaints to MCD and DDA,can be given to you on demand.Kindly bring it to the notice of those sensible people in the concerned dept.who can really take some corrective measures.

I am resident of West Sant Nagar ,Burari,Delhi-110084
I would like to inform about worse road condition.
From Outer Ring Road, Burari Red Light , just enter 100 Mtrs and the one can face the road problem, You can not find a single square feet of road where there is no dig.
It continues to 3 kms till Burari. This is only a option to travel from Ring Road to Burari.
population of burari is approx more then 1 millions.
You can imagine how much we are suffering.
Reason: That approved 100 mtr road ,which is built only 50mtr. rest is using by street hawckers and shop keepers parking and auto mechanics spares.
Anyways, that double road is divided in two parts of two MLAs. So beacuse of them misunderstanding ,No one is taking pain in repairing this Road.

I would request you to please visit once and find out ,how much is trouble for each and every person.

Dear Sir/Madam,

There is mad street dog in this locality ( Opp. K- 61 ). That posses many problems for local people, he always barking on people and sometime these dog bitted some person .This mad dog moving on the street and have bitten me and many other peoples.

This dog barking in night which create problem to us. This dog also create unhygenic condition on street. you are kindly requested to send the dog catching squad Local authorities such as NDMC and MCD along with the "Dog Catchers" are requested to take prompt and strict action against the problem faced.

Since last 2 months safai karamchari is not cleaning our house lane inspire of repeated complaints , more so other safai karamchari are throwing debris in our without bothering to clean them . The result is collection of water and breeding ground for all diseases this inspite of school in our lane and MCD tall clas of involving school to maintain cleanliness and higine drive

Dear all,

This is brought to the notice of all concerned officers of MCD as well as Delhi Govt & even to the area MLA/MP/Counsellor, that our residence area is flooded and the newly constructed nallah is overflowing , thus the road in a bad shape. (swaroop nagar Road starting from Burari ) . We met our counsellor but not repaired the road till date. More than 5000 people are using this road and it is very difficult to walk for school going children. Will the authorities listen our voice/concern ?
All that is left of the road is potholes and some more potholes... .The people living in nearby areas especially the daily commuters are having a harrowing time. Since there is no bus service/RTV through this road, people living in this area are compelled to walk through this sewage water. Children may fall into dangerous illness.

So, I kindly request the concerned officers to act fast to improve the situation and end the hardship being faced by us.

We are residing at ARJUN NAGAR, KOTLA MUBARAKPUR, Delhi. In our locality near TOYOTA SHOWROOM, on THE MAIN ROAD GOING TOWARD JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU STADIUM,there is a vacant/ unconsturcted plot,which neighbours are using to dispose their domestic waste. Which makes the surrounding areas pathetic,.Thre is likelihood that the waste lying in this plot may spread malaria/ dengue in the area.Sweepers doing sweeping in the area or local people are throwing their household waste in this plot.

Also the plot is within one kilometer range of JAWAHAR LAL NEHRU STADIUM. Where all the efforts are being done to beutify the surrounding still no body has noticed this..
It is therefore requested that immediate action may kindly be taken to get the plots cleaned.

sir on 17.09.2010 at 2 o'clock i was told that you will get your mcd school.
but there are a lot of number of student are waiting till many hours
after verification now i was told that my affidavit(which i made from haryana) is not valid in delhi
i asked at the time of verification but sir told me that it is valid all over india.
i think is is just because of my attention for the school chanced by SI but i make an objection on it and she said that you will told me about law.

The busiest software market of India,has very little be pround on road conditions.in an around big potholes 1-2 feets deep are in big numbers.It not only slowing down the traffic but causing acidents and damage to vehicles.The spots are:
1.Near and opposite InterContinental Hotel.
2.Near DTC Bus Depot.
3.On the road from MTNL office and going towards Nehru Place Metro Station.

Now when the rain season is almost coming to an end MCD should wake up.Nearly 3000 cars are parked in Nehru Place.What is happening with the tax payer money.

I want to tell you about the trunk of the tree lying on the road of ( Naveen Shahdara Delhi -110032 ( near chatri wala park )) from last 2 months , it is disturbing the traffic and creating the problem for walking people also , at dark it is not visible and creat a reason for injury .

Kindly get it removed as early as possible

It has come into my notice for the last two months that ther have grown no. of trees on the roof of the 4-storied DDA appartments of Pocket C-1,located in Sector 17, Rohini, which is a very serious cause of concern as the tries not only cause crack in the ceiling but they allow the rain or otherwise water to leak though the hole created by those tries. I request to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to make necessary arrangements to cut all these useless tries to save these apartments from further deterioration and thereby enhance the life of the same. Harticulture Deptt sends men to maintain the parks inside the pocket but they turn a blind eye over this problem. I have requested no of times to the RWA in this regard but they say that this is private issue and this does not come in perview of MCD. I am of the opinion that cutting of tries should get priority over maintaining of parks because when there would be no apartments left what would be the use of these parks? Kindly handle this problem so that the Government property could be preserved.

I am a resident of Rishi Nagar,Delhi, our area comes in Rohini zone. in this area we have buffalo dairies which should not be there in any residential area, dairy owners are running it illegally
and MCD dustbin house is located on the roadside and most of the time trash scattered outside of the allocated place, in rainy season situtation is very pathetic. smell is very bad, chances of Dengue, Malaria are very much there...
I would like you to take action against the buffalo dairy owners and if you could please move Dustbin house from residential area to an isolated place.. so that we would be saved from all these epidemics

Subject: Permanent water logging and sewage block on the street
Respected Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards the poor sanitary conditions because of clogged drainage in Munshi Ram Ka Bagh,New Ranjit Nagar ,New Delhi-8(Near water tank) in front of house no 689/338. The drainage nallis have not been cleaned since so many years resulting in water stagnating and overspilling on the road.People are rearing Cows and buffaloes in this area and they dump cow dung in to sewerage lines resulting in overflow of sewer on streets.
MCD people do come for inspection but they are being bribed therefore no action is being taken.There is serious threat to heath of people living in this area.Diseases like Chiken Pox,Denge etc are detected quite often.even movement and transportation is difficult in this area.

Sir please look into the matter and take necessary action urgently

I want to complaint against the burocrates of MCD Delhi & Those ministers of Delhi State, who claimed to clean & neet Delhi But trully they don`t have any worryness about hygenic & health status of the Delhi Citizen.

I complaint many times to MCD`s officers to remove this unauthorize cattle dairy in the town area o[censored]ttam Nagar in New Delhi - 59, which is increasing lots of dirtyness, Mosqutos, unhygenic atmosphere & desease / illness but no any officers listen our grivence. I have given some evidence of Photographs of cattle dairy, please check it all.

This Dairy is still now situated for last 7 yrs. at the RZ-32, Jain Colony Part - III, Uttam Nagar New Delhi - 110059, Delhi (India) & Its owener is Mr. Bhure Pandit, Who keep on abusing to other person because of this nobody complaint against him & compel to live & exist over there, lots of people have been ill & still now & checking-up himself .

If you help us to remove this unathorize cattle dairy, we would be very thank full to all of you

This is referred to the above mentioned subject , we would like to inform you that we are working in Mayapuri industrial area, Phase 2, and we are facing so many problems to travel daily in the damaged road which is in complete worst condition, and also apart from that the sewage has been damaged 7 the dirty water mixes with the rain water . it smells a lot , no place to walk on the road as well there are so much of germs and dirt mosquitoes which have a strong possibility to spread diseases like Dengue Malaria Typhoid ETC so please this is our humble request with you to reconstruct the road as well the sever on immediate basis . so that it saves many lives.

I Surender kr. Sharma resident of 18/6 and 7, Gali no. 21,a2 block West Sant Nagar, Burari Delhi.There are many chancers of spreading dengue in our area because of the water filled in empty plots. So please send ur workers with spray(medicine) to our area so that chances of dengue and malaria can be minimized.
