Re: Request to stop the illegal construction & Noc certificate for the lease to HDFC Bank at B-26 East Jyoti Nagar, Delhi – 110093

Dear Sir,
I want to bring inform you that this building is booked for the demolition in the month of August 2011. But till today MCD not taken any disciplinary action against this building . And MCD given the No objection Certificate for the use of commercial purpose. How can be possible if the MCD release the demolition Order against this building (That is B-26 East Jyoti Nagar Main Loni Road Shahdara Delhi -93) They can use for the Commercial Purpose or even their personal used. That is against the MCD building law 2012. and building by law. Presently he is doing unauthorized construction against their building plan. And MCD is also agree that all the construction is unauthorized and illegal. But not taken any action. I have so many time complained against this building and MCD try to confused me that the building construction in the compoundable condition. But the building is total illegal construct. The owner of the building not follow their pass building plan and changes in their building plan time to time.
They not follow building plan and not make any silt which is purposed in their building plan. And in the back side of the building only one gate pass in their plan that 2.6’’ which is already constructed. why they have try to make another wide gate that is about 10-11 ft. and the building height is more than 15 meter that is cross their limitation of the pass building height. In front side they can make only one wide gate. but they already construct three gate and another so many illegal construction in this building.
Sir this is my humble request that look after this matter personally. Stop illegal construction, Reject the NOC Certificate and take action against the building. Otherwise I will go for the court or high court for the justice according to condition if I will not found justices I will also go to supreme court. Please look out this matter and take appropriate action against the building . I will be grateful to you

MCD — Mosquito breeding ground

There is a moquito breeding ground near lane No one Sarva Priya Vihar New Delhi 110016, in front of temporary Metro office where there is huge pool of stagnant water for last one month. In spite of several reminder to Metro officials there nothing has been done. A quick action may be taken to remove it. Thank

Unauthorised Construction - regarding

This is to bring to your notice that I am a resident of G-23/191, Sector 7 Rohini, Delhi and wants to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on the in our area. Some of residential owners has covered appx. 6ft x 20ft area on the road and some of residential owners have covered the space with Irong Jungla etc. I had already complaint to MCD at Rohini, but no response has been recieved so far. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road as well ocupied the Khancha.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.


It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that have already built.

Mcd,delhi — Repairing Of Roads

This to inform you about the poor attention being paid to the roads of
"Pratap Street, Darya Ganj New Delhi-110002(Behind Golcha Cinema)", the roads were practically broken to repaire the dwelling system and have not been rectified ever since. Due to this LACK OF ATTENTION on the part of THE MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT the residents are facing grotesque and unhygeinic living conditions, not to forget problems of waterlogging and garbage disposal on a daily basis.So, this is a kind request to THE MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT to repair the road as soon as possible.

Janak Setu Flyover (Nangal Raya) is under repair since June 2011 but till now flyover is not complete. Some time ago I have seen personally, there is no man at work there, What is the reason for this? Sir, Every man is facing the traffic problem in this area. Number of patient is facing the traffic problem in this area perhaps someone will be died due to not reaching at time in hospital.

Sir, you are requested to kindly take the stick action and help for every one. Please advise us how much time you will take for compete this flyover.

Dogs — Dogs & Monkeys

I live in 1st main Hoyslanagar near Ramamurthynagar. This lane has a lot of dogs and the numbers keeps growing. Its difficult to walk at night. Now there are 6 monkeys coming from the railway track and damaging all plants and entering houses. They are very aggressive and not scared of humans. can something be done about this?

IN OUR STREET THEIR ARE 10-20 DOGS .THEY KEEP ON ROAMING IN THE STREET THE ENTIRE DAY & NO ONE CAN PASS FROM STREET BECAUSE THEY BARK AT THEM IN GROUPS.THEY ARE HABITUAL IN SITTING IN OUR STAIR CASES & CAR TOPS.ALL THE TIME MANY PEOPLE HAVE BECOME VICTIMS IN OUR STREET OF STRAY DOGS.YOU COME BACK HOME AT NIGHT & IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO PARK THE CAR BECAUSE OF THEM.IF TRY TO GET THEM OUT OF THE STAIRCASES THEY BARK BACK & ATTACK AT YOU OR PEOPLE VISITING OUR PLACES.

Believe me Madam, the same God who made you (or did He?) also created the animals. By now you should know that I have won the dog feeding case and the entire Delhi will have dog feeding spots. If you bug me when I am feeding at any of these spots, then the police are bound to protect me. Do wait for a legal notice from me.

What matters here is that you are a menace to the society, if you care about the animals so much please keep them in your house . We live in a community and we have to abide by its rules . If the animals are troubling other citizens then they have the right to complain and if you keep troubling people then madam ji the police is bound to protect us too . My special request to the MCD is that this particular lady is actually a very very troublesome woman and all the animals thats she is supporting have been creating problems for all o[censored]s .We the humble residents would request you to kindly take some necessary steps to resolve this animal menace that we and our innocent children are facing .

I, Bidisa Chakraborty residing at 3327, D-3, Vasant Kunj have no complaints against Sonya Ghosh. This was wrongly imposed upon me. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

I live in D6 Vasant kunj, New Delhi. There is a big menace here of stray dogs. Have complained to society members here but all are helpless. Though some of the dogs are steralized, we find it very hard to come out of our houses after 9 pm. These dogs roam around in bunches and are a threat to people walking on road. I understand that bites from steralized dogs may not be lethal but can cause unwanted injury. The numbers have multiplied to to more than 50 in our pocket.

Can these dogs be taken from here and left somewhere else? Please help.

I am also resident of Vasant Kunj and came across something similar with so called social activist Sonia Ghosh who came to protect some gundas and unsocial elements who had illegally occupied the road side and use the space for get-together and drinking in the evenings for local nuisance who comments on the ladies and kids passing through the place and ultimately become reason of the crime in the resident areas.
I fail to understand how a resident of this colony can support such unsocial elements and support illegal occupation on the government land who hinder development drive(widening of Mehrauli – Mahipalpur road) of government.
Above is my personal opinion and I seriously feel that such activist are shame to the spirit of such noble act of social services.

We are facing a serious problem from UNWANTED MONKEYS in our neighborhood. these monkeys are creating problem on daily basis like they usually attack the water tanks kept at the terrace of every house and usually sleep inside the balconies in our society.

My dear Dog Haters

Well just for the record as per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions &amp; as per the Prevention of Cruelty To Animals Act driving away stray dogs &amp; dislocating them is prohibited. Furthermore feeding them is permissible under the same laws &amp; intimidating anyone who feeds strays is a crime as per the laws of the land. Lastly indulging in animal cruelty is punishable under section 428/429 of the IPC.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am residing in Govind Puri Extensions, Street No 7, Kalka Ji, South Delhi.
There is a house that has a tree and owner of hose is not residing there. One Monkey has permanent residing in this house and always come to near by houses to search the food.

24/7 we have to keep door closed. Sometime if door remain open (by mistake) then sure shot Monkey come inside the house and try to bring the stuffs whatever it found.

If we throw water or try to get out from home, it try to bite us.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.

We the residents of b block, palam extn, sector -7, dwarka are facing problem from monkeys. It started with one monkey and now their number has increased to four. They not only scare people by their aggressive behaviour but have the habit of tearing clothes, damaging plants and running after people in unison with some stray dogs of the area. Ther terror is increasing day by day. Mcd is requested to take action so that residents can live in peace.

MCD SWEEPER — SWEAPER IS NOT COME

I am living in Raghubar pura-2, Gandhi Nagar ,Delhi-110031.

Mrs. Indu Mishra is the councellor of this area. I want to report a compaint against the all the sweapers of this area.

From Last 10 days nobody come here for cleaning, and the my colony becomes a place of war and many infection.

The sweaper is not come in the area and all the people of colony facing a big problem. The area of the public transpot is very small and the both side of the streets are full of the garbage.

Please do some thing about my complaint.

We have been living in New Panchwati Coloney for many years.This we are facing the problem of rowdy sweepers that do not clean the roads a they are supposed to do every day early in the morning.They come once a month, during the time when the people around are either engaged in cleaning their cars, washing and drying laundry, or in general cleaning their houses.The sweeper women come at these unconventional hours and kick up distances every where making the clean cars and houses dirty again.Pollution caused by dust makes people a sneezing fit.This is also a health implication that cannot be ignored.when asked to rectify their mistakes, they turn and start to abuse the residents.I can submit a written complaint if it's necessary in near future.

All the sewers of the village are blocked & are overflowed even after a brief rain resulting which the rubbish come out of sewers smelling bad all over and this dirty water is stored in the streets due to blockage of drains of the village which is the main cause of spreading Cholera, Malaria and other communicable diseases. Moreover, the mosquitoes, which are the main carriers of Dengue virus, also become effectively active during the season which is more dangerous for life of the residents of this village.


The locality of the village Rithala would extend its sincere thanks if corrective steps are taken at the earliest.

Dear MCD officers,

I am a resident of Laxmi aparments, Sector-9, Rohini. Here also appx 15 dogs are present in the society which are a big danger to all children, elders and ladies. Recently many incidents have taken place where dogs have bitten children without provocation. Any appeal to the society officers for dogs removal is turned down quoting law against catching of the stray dogs. Even compaints to MCD has not been attended. Request you to pls take some necessary actions against this on an immedaite basis.

I am a resident of Rohini Sector -4, A-4 Block
We would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 10 stray dogs are there in our area. Due to these dogs, the residents are facing regular problems. Recently, two of the dogs has gone Mad. These dogs bark on anybody they see and also chase from behind, there were cases in the past that they have bitten children in the society.

We request the MCD to kindly take necessary remedial precautionary measures and send the Dog squad on immidiate action to avoid this problem.

MCD Delhi — filth accumulating in dwarka sectors

In the back lane of Abhiyan and Park View Apartments (Sector 12), sweepers of Muncipal Corporation are accumulating filth and there is no sweeping of this street for months together. Complaints in person to the supervisors have brought no results and there is a fear of big epidemics because of this.

It is our humble request to the competent authority to look into the matter of Sanitary hazards in our locality of S-Block, Parampuri, Uttam Nagar, ND-59. The deployed Safai Karamchari of MCD appears in group daily but generally, do not make swabbing work, neither clean nor pick-up the garbage heaps lying in the main street of S-Blcok, Parampuri, near Laxmi Tent/Tinty Tots Child play school. Owing to the unhygienic situation in the area breeds mosquitoes and people facing various types of diseases problem of dengue and other unhygienic surroundings in the locality.
