Illegal and unauthorised construction is going on in full swing all over the Delhi. I am living in West Delhi, in co-operative housing society and members over here has completely changed the architectural / approved design of the flats. DDA / MCD are sleeping over it and taking no action. What should one do?
This is going on everywhere and we have to combine on this and take serious action or call media to highlight this. I do not understand, that 2 years back, there was defualters list highlighting all those houses, who are doing or done illegal construction. There has been no news since then. We are facing the same problem in BD - 3, with extended balconies, rooms, by tampering of main columns.
The problem is that the MCD or DDA people who come here for inspection are either "angutha chaap" or non technical, where they do not understand, what is going on. For them, it is just a complaint which one falt has made for another but technical issue is a much bigger problem, which they are least bothered or may be not aware.
While wrting this text, I dont know, if it will be read by someone, who can really help. It is horrible to know that we are staying in colony, where people call themselves educated and still do such activies which can lead to disaster.
What are your plans, please share, if we can do something together.

As far as i know that Mr.Rajeev malhotra your own house BF/5B D.D.A. flats munirka should also be demolished because you have also done unauthorised work .
The balconies have been extended and converted into rooms which is a serious threat to the entire building. Mr Deputy Comissioner, kindly take a look at Mr.Malhotras house and then take action.
Law has to be fair for all, so Mr.Malhotra's illegal work should also be demolished.

Yes You are right my fren, lets call media and teach a lesson to people like malhotra who think that they can bribe officials and try to be innocent. I think people like malhotra should look into mirror before compalining about others.
