Dear sir i am a charted accountent and have teken on rent some portion of the basement in D/835, NEW FRENDS COLONY NEW DELHI we have registerd this with MCD undre mixed land use and complited all the formalities and paid reqared amount vide MCD recipt no.673094 dated on 31/8/2009.
We have approch MCD for an NOC in writing indicating that our case has been registerd and they have no objection to our continiving CA office wich is the permited under the mixed land use scheme. We have been told that only recipet given by the MCD is enough.
We would request you kindly with this recipat is good enough or MCD issues a seprete NOC.

Sewage blocked in front of my house
Respected sir,

I want to inform you about the blockage of sewar outside my house, i.e.A-41, Amritpuri, . Gali No. 3, East of Kailash, New Delhi - 110065 with the result the toilets of our house are blocked and the drainage too is not working, cockroaches, mosquitoes and foul smell is coming out of my house. You are requested... to take action against this.There is a very frequent blockage in the drainage system here and the road which is very busy is always flooded with this drainage water there is a very bad situation over here .mosquitoes are in abundant over here. Hope you understand the scenario how we are facing, bad smell throughout our lives. This is a serious case where your department should solve the solution permanently. It seems there is no body to take care of this problem. Please take care of this problem and try to resolve the drainage lines in Amritpuri, Gali No. 3, East of Kailash, New Delhi. So i sincerely request to the authorities to solve this problems at the earliest .

Please refer to our complaint against Shri Surjeet Singh and his wife Smt. Surjeet Kaur purchasers of janta flat No. A-73, A-74, A-75 and A-76 ‘A’ Block, DDA Flats Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. They have constructed 3rd and 4th Floor over these flats by converting them into shops. These furniture shops were sealed by the Government /MCD on getting a complaint for their unauthorized business in a residential colony which is against the Govt. Rules /DDA rules.

In this connection it is submitted that the lease owners have broken the seal for the 3rd time leading to the path on the other side of the flat and their labours are doing all the furniture works in disguise thereby causing disturbance to the persons going through this road. Lastly the sealing was done by MCD on August 10th 2009, but the seal was again broken by the owner without any fear of the Government on 13th August 2009. General public cannot move freely due to encroachment of foot path which is being used as a space to continue their furniture business. Many times people get injured due to the encroachment of the foot path. Most important thing is that the unauthorized construction is also going on inside the building.
Sir, we submit before your good self that all these unauthorized activities i.e. unauthorized multistoried construction over these flats against the Govt. / MCD / DDA. Police who have been given huge money as a bribe by the owner. The unauthorized shop constructed on a ground floor were sealed by MCD many a times as they are against the rules, but these seal were broken by the owner and the business started again in full swing. About these matter was reported to the police and the police visitors the shops and in lieu they have taken the huge money from the owner of the shops and allowed the owner to carry on their business.
Under the circumstances explained above we would be grateful if they order to the DDA/ MCD officials /Police to clear the foot path covered by these purchasers persons for not allowing the passage to move freely of the general persons . They are also requested to initiate disciplinary action as per CCS conduct rule of MCD /DDA as to how the owner have broken the seal for their business to earn money without seeking proper permission from the Govt. bodies i.e. MCD/DDA, so that general public may not suffer for their movement on foot path constructed by MCD/DDA.
In the view of above immediate necessary action be taken against the owner and Govt. officials who have allowed the unauthorized construction and unauthorized opening of a shop and these unauthorized construction be demolished and shop be closed to avoid inconvenience to the people residing thereby in the colony.
We would be highly obliged to your honour for an early demolition order may be issued to the DDA/MCD to remove the obstacles created by the persons whimsically, so so that the general public get the way to move freely without any hindrance.

we the residents of O block-37 Lajpat Nagar-2 are facing the problem caused by Mr RK Sabharwal for more than 8 years now, who is running a security guard placement office on the 3rd floor and has given the terrace-4th floor on lease to airtel on which 40 feet tower is raised.
We are facing lot of security problems due to regular up and down of people coming to the the office and the noise pollution of the genset of the tower causing restlessness, health problems and depreciation to the building.
When the tower was raised the the outlet of the drainage was changed due to which sewage problem has arised causing water logging resulting in water born diseases and mosquitoes.

We request and plead to you to take immediate measures so our sufferings could end for the same.

This is my second complaint about the area, which may be taken care on priority basis.
I am a resident of R.K.Puram, sector-12, 873. Since the rains have begun, We have a very bad drainage system in the residential area of the multistoryed construction in rains.
Sir during rains it is filled with water and for a man walking on the road it becomes very difficult to feel the road covered with rainy water. Sir my husband has polio and walks on calipers, during rains it is next to impossible for him to walk for the main road.
At the back area also there is no provision there is no other provision, and is very slippery. With a little care I believe may people will be saved from dangerous happenings. I would request you to please attend to this complaint at the earliest as rains have already set in.

Dear Sir,
Earlier I have made 2 complaints one for stray dogs and second for bad drainage system. Till now no action has been taken as far as drain system is concerned.
Now I would also like to bring to your notice that the trees planted in sector 12, R.K.Puram do give a lot of greenery and good health for residents but at the same time they become the biggest problem when the branches of the same trees grow longer and longer during winters thus creating shades and not allowing the sunrays to fall into our premises. We are getting the trimmings done with our own expenses during every winter season.
Can you please look into this matter on priority basis.
This over grown branches even gove a bad look to the area around.

Sir, in some instances camps for submitting house tax are organized with the help of Resident Welfare Association, and it is surprise that if house tax is submiited in that camp receipt is not given on the spot or not sent through post on his resident instead it is given through members of RWA, which sometimes harass or compell to submit member fee before releasing receipt of house tax, which not only injustice but is also unlawful, my humble request is that in future, receipt be given instantly or an option shall be taken from individual whether the same be sent through post or given to member of RWA or any other convenient option prevailing on that time.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you, the situation of front of my house is worst due the garbage on the road. We personally complaint for garbage to MCD Sweeper Satish Kumar but he is not taking it seriouly and regular doing the private work instead of this job. This is system of MCD department, MCD fine or penalty on people mistake, but don't take responsebilities for own mistake. An unauthorised 2 POLES have been put up covering the area of the park which is meant for children play. These permanent poles has been dugged up by the residents of House Number 81, Block 13 (1st Flr & 2nd Flr) at Vikram Vihar, Lajpat Nagar - IV, New Delhi - 110024. They have covered both side of the park for their personal purpose by having illigal electric connection.

Because of this the area of two poles the playing space has shorten.

Here i request you that suitable action should be taken against all these unauthorised / illegal area occupied by the resident of above house.

Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention to the complaint dated[protected] given to you during public hearing and that was sent under the reference 283/ADC/PGC/HQ to Additional Dy. Commissioner Town Hall for appropriate actions. The same complaint was sent by the Addl. Dy. Commissioner to Assistant Commissioner, West Zone on dated[protected] but unfortunately no action has been taken yet. The said complaint contain the lists of 702 numbers o[censored]nauthorized constructions in the west district. Even today such unauthorized constructions are continued and local JEs of building dept. west zone are deliberately overlooking. In fact they are engaged in corruption due to which even after complaining unauthorized constructions are continue. The builders are operating without anny valid registration and do not obey the building bye-laws and without any approval or passinng any map of the building engaged in unauthorized constructions..
Further such unauthorized constructtions are against the guidelines of hon'ble Delhi High Court.

Please order for a suitable enquiry and may kindly take appropriate actions in this regard.

I wish to kind attention towards the my street no. 1. There are some people of our street encrouchment the large number of part our street as a illegal hockers and factories. I have already submit my complained in your MCD control room shahdara south zone near karkardooma court. My complaint numbers are1579 dated on 4th July 2009 and another 1692 dated on 10th July 2009. But no action have been taken till now.

I have already submit my complained in your MCD control room shahdara south zone near karkardooma court. My complaint numbers are1579 dated on 4th July 2009 and another 1692 dated on 10th July 2009. But no action have been taken till now.

They start barking on everyone who so ever cross the road. These dogs are increasing day by day. Its becomes difficult for normal resident to room around in colony. I am resident of trilok puri mayur vihar (17) delhi 91, My neighbor Mr. omi resident of 17/420 trilok puri Delhi 91, he is also employ in M.C.D as sweeper, all family members are employee in M.C.D but they are not present on their duty. They gave some bribe to daroga to get attendance. He has pig meat shop in 17-18 block market as well as two pig meat illegal shop near B.J.P. MLA MR. SUNIL VAIDH. They purchase about hundreds of pigs which are loaded in truck and they kept them in plot no 17/420. They use to kill the pigs in street in front of all the pupil.
As you know the epidemic swine flu is spreading in the world, it can also be spread in India also. So please take necessary action as soon as possible.
I hope you will take immediate action otherwise, my next complaint would be to chief minister.

The park in F Block Vikaspuri is in a completely messy state. The children are forced to play on streets due to that subjecting them to road accidents. The basic premise of living in a society is to provide basic amenities of parks for children which is turned into a dumping yard majority of the times. Despite our consistent follow ups with MCD/ Horticulture deptt to visit the location and take stock of the area in order to upgrade it to a basic min level of hygiene for residents it remains unheard and no one has visited us till date.

I do not know what shall move the authorities to take cognizance of the same and entitle us for basic rights.

If some one is really taking a serious note of these complains my request to them is to take some serious actions against these in order to avoid any contingencies and empower residents with basic deserving rights as citizens.

My complaint is about pocket-5 mayur vihar ph-1 Delhi-91(DDA flats) area.There is a beautiful park in our area. But from last few days the Mali used to burn dry leafs of trees in this park, it creates lot of smoke and heat and also harmful for green trees. I don't know the no of complaint department. Please help us.

This is a complaint towards Flat Number 39A of Block FG-1, that is not occupied ny the owner for over a decade. The house has turned as a garbage centre in front and back. No ventilation in th house has left the flat in misrable condition. Water drainanage pipes coming in the backyard make the garbage smell to its best with mosquitoes and other insects increasing their population. The wter drainage pipe is blocked by the garbage so the water cannot flow and as it is there for couple of weeks, it has resulted in seepage to all the building. Water meter area has gone in depth. This house is turned in a serious health hazard situation, as all the other residents window open in the backyard. It is requested to kindly instruct the owner of the house, to either get this occupied, or take immidiate step to get this house clean and renvated, before any mishappenng occurs due to health hazard alarm. This is a HIGH ALERT CALL, and a copy of the request is being send to all the concern authorities to take appropriate and early action, or else any loss in the building and health hazard situation will stand towards concern authorities.

Garbage Dumpyard — Increasing Health Concerns from Garbage Bin

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Tatikonda Subhash Reddy, Advocate, Ex Govt Pleader, (City Civil Court, Hyd) and a Resident of Clock House, Chirag Ali Lane. A Garbage dump yard located exactly opposite to my resident has been great health and hygiene issues to my family and locality neighbours. Despite several written complaints, no concrete action has been taken by the officials in this regards. We have requested for the dump yard to be shifted to an alternate location which has not been done. Instead another garbage container from another location has been placed opposite my house to prevent overflowing of garbage content onto the roads. This has further increased our woes and miseries.

All this is resulting in increase in mosquitoes, several new types of insects, foul smell, and roadside animals. This place is also becoming a hub for anti social elements like rag pickers who have been residing in this place and creating unnecessary nuisance.

I therefore humbly request the concerned authorities to please help re locate the bins to an alternate location at the earliest and frequent implement the spraying of pest spray to reduce mosquitoes in this location.

From some time the renovation is going on in H. No. C-2/217, They have dumped the building material waste & POP in the park corner, Now the other peoples are also throwing their garbage on this. By which the plant & trees are dying., I have visited 2 times the local office (Nursery) in the regard but no action have been taken yet since past one month.I request the concerned officers to kindly take the action so that plant & trees could be saved from this death.
