Dear Sir,


I, resident of 2/100 Gulabi Bagh DDA colony north delhi, i have been facing this problem since Feb09 drain nallis is completely clogged and in front of my house which produce dirty smell, mosquitoes and other insects.Every now and then the mcd personnel come to check water coolers and water tanks and even imposing fines but no attention is being paid to blocked drains.

Kindly look into the matter.

rk's furnishings — removing the broken building mud

i Rajeshwar Rao having a shop in general bazaar over there just beside my shop some days ago they broke the building but did not remove the mud. it is disturbing us and it is fallen on the road . kindly remove the mud from there. Our address is 3-4-395, Tobacco Bazaar, MG road, sec-bad 500003.

I here by disclosing the facts o[censored]/c of the area of neb sarai &surroundings, these U/C are being enchased
by the Ex. R.K.Sharma, AE Anil, JE Keval Kishore & as well as Beldar Ramesh they all are taking big amounts (Rs Two-Five laces) from the Owners / Bulder Mafia's per linter &Allowing them to construct the unauthorized buildings. The following Blds. Which has been illegally constructed going on from 3-4 months are as under:

Not only this is causing inconvenience, but any mahamaari may breakout because of these conditions.

I am intend to send this complaint to all the senior officials. Please send me the address/ emails of MCD and Delhi Govt. Officials.

Dear sir i am a charted accountent and have teken on rent some portion of the basement in D/835, NEW FRENDS COLONY NEW DELHI we have registerd this with MCD undre mixed land use and completed all the formalities and paid required amount with MCD VIDD reciept no.673094 dated 31/8/2009.
We have approched MCD for an NOC in writing indicating that our case has been registerd and they have no objection to our continiving CA office, wich is permitted under the mixed land use scheme. We have been told that only recipet given by the MCD is enough.
We would request you to kindly intimate wethet this recipat is good enough or MCD issues a seprete NOC.

I am living in the locality of Mithapur Exten. part III.Near by gali no. 12/13, There is many dairies means two or three people has near about 20 to 25 baffaloes, they always run thier dung in the drains due to the dung the drins most of time blocks. There is a heath hazards to the people those who lives there because there is no proper dranage system. These dairies are in the gali no. 11, mithapur exen.part-III, near Shama Market, new Delhi-110044.
Please look into the matter so that the resident of this locality may not suffer any more.

I am resident of 2461 Mandi Ext. Gali- Ashoka Dharam Kanta (Dr. Tutaja wali Gali ) Narela delhi -110040. We are facing problem for MCD WATER form last two months. We had made many complaints for this to the local MCD watersupply office in Narela. They said the we will check the supply but nothing had happened. Many a time we had complained it to the J.E of MCD water supply deptt. narela but no satisfactory reply has been received. We are in serious problem as ground water in this is not proper of Drinking. Other people in the society are also facing the same problem and they and not in position where to go. So you are request to look into the matter seriously. I will be very thankful for your kind co-operation.

I am a College Student, Currently i am living at Paschim Puri, "A" Bolck, New Slum Quarter, D.D.A. Flats Near Punjabi Bagh. I am living at 3rd Floor of the Building in Paschim Puri, we are facing a problem lot of dirty water surrounding (Front) bottom of the building, people who has stay in the building..there kitchen pipes are out of the road side, I want to complaint about those people there kitchen pipes are on road side, and people facing a lot problem.
The main problem is that "BLOCKAGE OF SEWAR" in our locality.
In this problem, a lot of dirty water front of my Building..
I m ashamed to call my friends & relatives to come my home bcz..It's one of the most dirty locality..

The MCD Safai Kamachari does'nt properly clean the area.

I am President, RWA, Type-III Qtrs. (block 101 to 107) Arama Bagh, Paharganj, New Delhi. MCD has constructed drainage surrounding to our colony wall. Drainage is not covered properly with the result a lot of garbage is bing accumulated inside. Some smakia people enter into the dry drain. Garbagae / mud is lying on the road outside the entrence gate of our colony. Moreover, there is no light on some of the poles on the roads begining from the entry from Paharganj Thana bus stop to the CPWD enquity office in the mid of Aram Bagh. I hope, MCD would take quick action to redress our problem.

So, how can the people register their complaints online?

This building may fall at any time with a small shake of earthquake. Being a resident of block, this is my duty to inform you regarding dangerous of the resident of the block.

This is to bring your kind attention that sewer line in front of 6/2,8/2,11/2,5/2,2/2 Aram park shastri nagar Delhi 110031, Gali No-2 is blocked due to sewer line blockage. Moreover, almost every One month it is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.
It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area.

I therefore request you to please take an immediate attention as the situation is really getting worse. Local authorities are not helping in this regard, they only got one answer that it’s not their duty or the area doesn’t fall under their administration which is absolutely wrong.

May I draw the kind attention towards the overflowing of NALA at the House of D-346, Budh Nagar, Inderpuri, New Delhi - 110012. The Nala is full of garbage and it is overflowing into the gate of the above said house. This problem is going on from the last two months but no action has been taken by the MCD Staff / Officials so far. We have also lodged the complaints about the same for many a times personally and in written to the area Councillor but not to avail.

You are requested to resolve the above problem immediately to avoid health hazards of the resident. The mosquitoes / flies are also breeding due to overflowing of NALA.

Hi everyone today i went to my office and instantly one Traffic police man come and stopped me. Den i asked what's the problem, he told me u crOssed the red light bt the main thing is that i dont break the red light infact lots of vehicle was move wid me bt he dont stop anyone single guy there is only reason that my bike no is from UP. Please refer to our complaint against Shri Surjeet Singh and his wife Smt. Surjeet Kaur purchasers of janta flat No. A-73, A-74, A-75 and A-76 ‘A’ Block, DDA Flats Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019. They have constructed 3rd and 4th Floor over these flats by converting them into shops. These furniture shops were sealed by the Government /MCD on getting a complaint for their unauthorized business in a residential colony which is against the Govt. Rules /DDA rules.

In this connection it is submitted that the lease owners have broken the seal for the 3rd time leading to the path on the other side of the flat and their labours are doing all the furniture works in disguise thereby causing disturbance to the persons going through this road. Lastly the sealing was done by MCD on August 10th 2009, but the seal was again broken by the owner without any fear of the Government on 13th August 2009. General public cannot move freely due to encroachment of foot path which is being used as a space to continue their furniture business. Many times people get injured due to the encroachment of the foot path. Most important thing is that the unauthorized construction is also going on inside the building.
Sir, we submit before your good self that all these unauthorized activities i.e. unauthorized multistoried construction over these flats against the Govt. / MCD / DDA. Police who have been given huge money as a bribe by the owner. The unauthorized shop constructed on a ground floor were sealed by MCD many a times as they are against the rules, but these seal were broken by the owner and the business started again in full swing. About these matter was reported to the police and the police visitors the shops and in lieu they have taken the huge money from the owner of the shops and allowed the owner to carry on their business.
Under the circumstances explained above we would be grateful if they order to the DDA/ MCD officials /Police to clear the foot path covered by these purchasers persons for not allowing the passage to move freely of the general persons . They are also requested to initiate disciplinary action as per CCS conduct rule of MCD /DDA as to how the owner have broken the seal for their business to earn money without seeking proper permission from the Govt. bodies i.e. MCD/DDA, so that general public may not suffer for their movement on foot path constructed by MCD/DDA.
In the view of above immediate necessary action be taken against the owner and Govt. officials who have allowed the unauthorized construction and unauthorized opening of a shop and these unauthorized construction be demolished and shop be closed to avoid inconvenience to the people residing thereby in the colony.
We would be highly obliged to your honour for an early demolition order may be issued to the DDA/MCD to remove the obstacles created by the persons whimsically, so so that the general public get the way to move freely without any hindrance.

When the tower was raised the the outlet of the drainage was changed due to which sewage problem has arised causing water logging resulting in water born diseases and mosquitoes.

Regret to say there are lots of mosquito at Pocket - A, Sector - 17, Dwarka New Delhi 110075 area. Pls help / spread DDT or mosquito repellent medicine in ares.

I agree with Lovely Chopra. Its indeed hard to survice in Sector 17 A, I spent Rs 199 in every 03 days to spread Mosquetoes repellent. Please help us.

Dear Sir,
This is my second complaint about the area, which may be taken care on priority basis.
I am a resident of R.K.Puram, sector-12, 873. Since the rains have begun, We have a very bad drainage system in the residential area of the multistoryed construction in rains.
Sir during rains it is filled with water and for a man walking on the road it becomes very difficult to feel the road covered with rainy water. Sir my husband has polio and walks on calipers, during rains it is next to impossible for him to walk for the main road.
At the back area also there is no provision there is no other provision, and is very slippery. With a little care I believe may people will be saved from dangerous happenings. I would request you to please attend to this complaint at the earliest as rains have already set in.

Dear Sir,
Earlier I have made 2 complaints one for stray dogs and second for bad drainage system. Till now no action has been taken as far as drain system is concerned.
Now I would also like to bring to your notice that the trees planted in sector 12, R.K.Puram do give a lot of greenery and good health for residents but at the same time they become the biggest problem when the branches of the same trees grow longer and longer during winters thus creating shades and not allowing the sunrays to fall into our premises. We are getting the trimmings done with our own expenses during every winter season.
Can you please look into this matter on priority basis.
This over grown branches even gove a bad look to the area around.
May I please request u to please take the issue of ''TRIMMING OF TREES'' of the area and do the needful.
