[Resolved]  Murali Enterprises HP Gas Dealers Bangalore — No response to telephones

Sir,

I concur with the complaints of 2 other consumers about Murali Enterprises Bangalore - i have been trying to reach them for close to 20 days now and there is absolutely no response to any of the telephone numbers they have.

It is frustrating for a customer to be provided 6 numbers and none work!

We are also facing the same problem; they hardly attend to phones.
Same as all have written no responses to any calls. Hopeless service.
About murali enterprise, be careful about the gas cylinder delivery people. they have local nexus with Apartment gatekeepers and labour class people staying around your localities so whenever you go out for many days they do know through loca nexux so they do gas booking behalf of you and sell it in black.

Second point is whenever delivery person knows that the house lady is alone and receiving the gas cylinder while Gas cylinder delivery then that few rascals may try to take advantages of situation by entering in the house and also opens gate if it is closed. Both are based on my personal experienced but not just based on gossips. Regarding first incindent we had registered complained at hpcl site so delivery person was terminated from job however he is just not alone but entire nexus is instrumental from making fake refill booking till delivering at door step. Regarding second, I was socked and could not understand what to do when I saw delivery person reached till kitchen by opening closed gate by his own when I was taking out empty gas cylinder, I just said in hindi " wahi ruko". I am staying at kaggaspura area bangalore. So be care and specially when u r lady and only person to receive the delivery of gas cylinder.

I am trying to report a leaking gas cylinder when I connect the cylinder and it is so difficult with your IVRS that the phone just cuts off after pressing 1 to place a leakage complaint.

please send, NOT CALL, but send someone immediately to the house to have the same checked.

Secondly. I had placed an order on20th March 2014 and my reference nbr is 240031 and the agency had cleared delivery till 10th March 2014. BUT THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AND WHEN I CALLED AGAIN, I HAD TO REBOOK.

AGAIN, I BOOKED ON *3RD april 2014 AND REFERENCE NBR IS 248429 AND THE AGENCY HAD CLEARED DELIVERIES TILL 24TH MARCH 2014.

STILL NO DELIVERY... WHY ?

Can we check with the practices of the Murali Gas Agency before I really take stringent action from my side?.

I would like to bring to your notice regarding an poor service experience with Murali Enterprise, Marathalli Bangalore who are agency of HP Gas.
I have been a customer of the Gas agency from last 1.5 years now.
It has been my observation from last 2 instances when i book the subsidized gas i receive an message on my phone stating that the Gas is delivered but in reality they are never delivered.

This experience is really frustrating and i am of the belief that the agency or the delivery boy is into some kind of malpractice where they trade on the subsidized cylinders to another customer paying an higher amount(black).
To support my belief there are many vendors/shops in the Marathalli area who would give an Gas cylinder at prices like INR[protected].

Please reply to this post and i can provide you the proof of the messages i have received on phone.
no response for our telephones and delivery is taking three to four weeks which is really problems for us.
I am trying for the past one week, daily at least 50 times, to know about non-delivery of refill booked on 5-2-'15. I could not contact them over all the four landline numbers provided/
I would be grateful to anybody who suggest the easier way to call them

I am agree with all the above comments, They do not respond in phone and when you go to their office they will say net is so slow and not working come tomorrow. But I have two questions then from whom we need to take gas. and another question what is the use of all these post no one is taking action against them, so they are continuing with their behaviour.
I recently lodged a complaint with HP Gas directly and their response is as follows:

"distributor has updated there new contact details in the cash memo 25400035, 25401808 your booking will be cleared in to 2 to 3 working days."

I tried these numbers once but same problem. I would like to see if anyone can get through these numbers.

Guys I was able to connect and speak to a representative through the second number that I mentioend above. FYI..
Murali Gas agency is very worst agency, No proper response, Reckless behaviour No polite way, not giving answer to phone call.

Every one you can book through online also even there is a portability to transfer your gas connection to any gas agency you want. http://myhpgas.in/myHPGas/HPGas/LPGservices.aspx. you can also call [protected] IVR and book your gas...you may need Murli gas land line number for this i.e 25400035 ..hope this will help some problems...

Please sent a mail to Ministry of Petroleum regarding yuor complaints.

I'm trying to reach them for last 2 days but no one is picking up the phone. Trust me, I have dialled not less than 100 times !!!

Such pathetic service !!! This agency needs to be taught a lesson or else they will take it granted .

Request was closed as attended. Calling them is useless, the mechanic asks to call agency agency does not pick call.
i got connection with this ### agency and not able to get even single refill since 1 year, when ever i tried calling them there wont be any response. i directly went to outlet, they will say there's some wrong in my address and when i checked it's correct and how stupidity is this.. and they won't let you know about subsidy benefit you will get and the staff is irresponsible lazy people. here by suggesting everyone not to go with this agency
Past 5-6 time when book a Gas Cylinder from HP GAS portal, After 3-4 working days It will show the status Gas is delivered. But they have not delivered the gas to me. You need to on keep on following up with them to get the gas. My question to HP Gas agency if We book the gas online and pay online and status is also showing the Gas is delivered on online portal, but in actual gas is not delivered to you. This is not happening once or twice.. happening continually last 1 year. This is a serious problem with the agency- Murali Gas agency.. I am requesting to HP gas authority to investigate on this. This gas agency is not following right norms while delivering Gas to Consumer.
