My Virtual Plaza — Fraud Site, No Refund

I Mohammed Arsiwala belong to gujarat had orders for Micromax canvas 2 forr Rs 9979 from the website MyVirtualPlaza.com on 11the of february 2013.I paid therough Bank of india Debit card. theey gave me my order no. MVP0029597.
They assured delivery within 10days. but i DID NOT received any. i have sent them plenty emails but not a single reply from their part. [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com

I am sure this site is a fraud and i request a severe punishment for this kinda people.
please consider my complain and seek redresses by getting me my refund of rs 9979
