[Resolved]  My Virtual Plaza — Goods not delivered

I ordered Canvas A110 phone from "My Virtual Plaza"(http://www.myvirtualplaza.com). I have paid Rs. 9800 to them in advance for the phone. The online order was made on 16th January 2013 and the order number is MVP0016684. Since then I have been waiting for the phone. When I contacted them they said that the phone has gone out of stock. At the time of order it was showing in-stock and on their website its still showing in stock. I asked them to refund the money to which they said that they will do that. Since then they have stopped responding my calls. I have not received the phone or the refund of money. Please help. My number is [protected].
