Dear Sir, I am formally lodging a Cybercrime/Internet Fraud case against Dear Sir, I ordered a mobile handset ( Micromax Canvas 2) for INR 9650 (Order No: MVP0011626) from the intenet shopping website: my virtual plaza (website: www.myvirtualplaza.com). I got an automated email after payment. I have been trying to reach their customet care on the following numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) but no one ever takes the call. I have sent numerous emails (ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com). This made me check for their credibilty on the internet and came to know that ther website has cheated many customers. The address on their website is: India Address: A-11 & A-12, 3rd Floor, Banjara Gardens, Road no-12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 34. I Ordered for same mobile and at same prize ... even I am not getting any response ... I will still wait for 2 more days and then take action ... may be I will charge back ... pls do let me know what happens with your order.

I had ordered a Micromax A110 Mobile on December 26, 2012 vide order no. MVP0013658. From Jan 1, 2013, I have written many emails to ravi.[protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com, [protected]@myvirtualplaza.com but received only one reply on Jan. 6, from sajid that my mobile will be despatched on Tuesday Jan 8, but today is Jan 9 and still no reply or update whether my mobile has been despatched or not. I received this reply from Sajid when I threatened that I will tell my bank to stop the payment. Now I will be forced to cancel this order and tell my bank to stop the payment so my money is not blocked. All their two landline numbers are either busy/engaged or switched off while the mobile is permanently switched off. Really a fraud site.

I am one more victim my order (MVP0014446, Micromax a110) is also not delivered yet. I purchased it on 30/12/2012 and as per information on the site product should be delivered within 6-7 working days but it's already 10 days since I purchased and I haven't got even a single status report from their side. I tried both the contact no.[protected] and +91- [protected] given on the site (www.myvirtualplaza.com) but they were never reachable (busy/engaged or switched off). So I decided to roll back may paid amount and I have asked my bank to do so.

The same thing happen with me I also ordered for MMX canvas 2 from myvirtualplaza.com on 18.01.2013 with order no MVP0017929. But the result is same.
So, we should lodge a formal complaint with cyber crime website, so that these kinds of frauds must be behind the bar.

I also suffered same problem . I order on 21 jan 2013 for 2 pcs of micromax canwas 2. but did not get any reply from there. we ordered a mobile(Micromax Smartfone A110 Canvas2) phone from my virtual plaza on 23.1.2013 at 9.3o p.m. The site was showing that the product will be placed in 1-3 working days, but till now they fail to deliver the product to the said addresss.Every time when we call they fail to give any details regarding the delivery of product. I put several mails to the provided email Id but they never respond to the same. I asked for the refund of my credit which i already paid to them for the product through credit card of Rs.9979 but after getting all details regarding my debit cardNo. & IFSC code through mails and telephonic conversation they didnot refund the same. After I asked for refund they make new story for the product availibity, they told me that mobile was out of stock now we have it and same will be delivered to you todayand the Document No. of the courier will be provided to you in the evening by 6.00 p.m. but till now we haven’t receive any document No. or any Mail confirmation regarding the product dispatch.

I ordered a Micromax A110 Canvas 2 mobile phone on 19th january with order number MVP0018531 from the website www.myvirtualplaza.com.The site showed that they have the product in stock but when I placed the order.They have promised to deliver the product within 3 to 7 days.Now 17 days have passed since I ordered the phone.There is no response to emails and phone calls.The phones are either switched off or busy all the time.This is outright cheating .If they dont have the product in stock they should inform the customers and refund their money immediately .They have no right to keep our money with them without delivering the product.If any one has received the product please inform us .I would be thankful if any one in Hyderabad help us in this matter

My Virtual Plaza — Mobile not received
Dear Sir, I Mr. Sandeep Nayaka, Lakshmi Super Market, S.I.T. Main Road, Tumkur 572 102, Karnataka. Cell Number : [protected],I have done a shopping by using www.myvirtualplaza.com for purchasing a mobile of MICROMAX A110 of 2 handsets worth of Rs.19958.00 on[protected] the website company has mentioned that they will deliver us with in a week (7) days but already 21 days hasbeen completed but still didn't we receive the handsets and i already pay the such amount through online banking transaction by using visa debit card and its EBS payment id is 14048069 dated[protected] asusual they given Merchant Reference Number is MVP0021627 but they fraud me and i tried so many times to call what they have mentioned phone numbers in that website. so please consider my complaint and do the needful to me as earlier as possible.

On 4th Feb, I had ordered Micromax A110 mobile on this site. My Order number is MVP0027029. The amount for product Rs 9979 has already been charged to my credit card as soon as I placed order but the product is not yet delivered. They said that the product will be delivered in 5 days but it is more than 21 days now and still it is not delivered.
I am trying to contact Virtual Plaza on all the email IDs which I could get from their website but nobody is replying to my mails. I have also tried calling all their contact numbers several times but all those number never work. One number is always busy and others are out of service.
There is no way to reach out to customer care (If they have 1) to know the order status or to cancel the order. The My Order Status link under My Account Page also doesn't work and it always shows the status In Process.
